Hello! I'm catching up with this vlog LATE but I'm so tremendously glad that I found the time to watch this evening because you've outdone yourself as always! Evedine is thoroughly glorious, and Larkin is STUNNING and so cool. We've been contemplating a horsey name and Godiva hadn't made it on to our list - but it would make a truly spectacular middle, wouldn't it?
My daughter's name is Avalon Celeste! I was listening to this in the background and was caught off guard when I heard it! We thought we'd use Ava as a nickname, but she's 2 and it hasn't yet caught on, haha.
I love the name Avalon! There's a beach town in New Jersey called Avalon. My family and I would go every summer. It's a very quaint and storybook beach town. I didn't know about the King Arthur connection though, very cool! 🙌
My name is Rowynn, which is a different spelling of Rowan, which means "small, strong tree" or "little firey one". It's also the name of an actual tree, so that's nice. You get the bonus of being able to comfort your kid with it. My mom used to tell me what my name meant when I was sad or scared, sort of encouraging me to be brave. I'm actually quite proud of my name.

@@SJ_Strum Yes that was the problem with my late husband too we were in a struggle with him wanting the plainest most ordinary names and me wanting the pretty original ones. But we never got to have a girl anyway. Finally we met each other half way with the names Zachary and Jackson. He wanted names as plain as Sam and Max so pulling him even that far was a success. And Zachary and Jackson were significantly less popular in New Zealand than they have been in the USA. New Zealand top 100 names are more traditional overall than USA top 100.

Another Boho name that is sweet is Lyric. A descriptive name I thought was great came from one of my son's primary school classmate - while she went by her middle name Precious, her full name was Absolutely Precious. And the name fit her well. She was a great kid.
I love the names Saoirse and Aoifè 😍. I would love to call my future daughter either of those names. My only worry would be people having no idea how to pronounce or spell it living in England lol x

She’s from I believe 18th century England, and historically known because she was a noblewoman who rode naked on a horse through town with only her very long hair covering her body, in order to persuade her husband to lessen the heavy taxes that he had placed on people. My daughters name is Eden! We wanted something uncommon but easy to spell/pronounce so that's what we went with. Our initial choice was Andromeda. I still hope to use it someday. Maybe we'll get another cat 😂

I kind of think my daughter's middle name fits this list. It's Stellarose, a combo of my grandmother and mother's names.
Evedine was my great aunt’s name. She passed away long before I was born, but I love it.
I named my daughter "Dulcinea" (Dul-si-NAY-uh) Means "sweet one" in Spanish.
MM Avelleyra I had a dog named that after the Don Q play.
