Trying to explain how I feel about my vision changes makes me feel crazy and then I looked into it and found this video, and can feel how weak the right side of my head and neck is. This has helped me so much!
This really strengthened my weaker eye! I didn't have a chart so don't know if the stronger one changed... but now they read the small print on the screen almost the same! Thank you!
I got from size 6 to size 5 on the multisize font chart! Was JUST about reading 6, afterwards it looked the same size as a whiteboard marker! Right suboccipitals were the culprit
This feels pretty good for my neck - I work on the computer all day as a digital artist so vision is very important to me (and your shoulder/hand exercises have helped a lot!) I do want to ask though - what exactly do you mean by putting resistance on the back of the skull...? I'm sort of making a guess with applying light pressure with my hands, but maybe I should be holding a muscle still instead...?
Good evening! I’m going to start these. After chiropractic care my neck got extremely weak on one side & ive been having visual disturbances/ eye issues/ headaches: nerve pain. Would these help or should I be careful?

Once you have the contraction push into your skull to increase the resistance.
