To be honest, I was never born in the 70s, 80s, or 90s, I was born in 2000, but seeing these commercials are really funny, I wish the spirit of Halloween was like this in 2019. You know what? I'm gonna do lots of spooky things during the whole month of October, just to celebrate Halloween! Keep the spooky spirit alive! 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃
I loved these old commercials! I really loved the 80's and 90's and the advertisements of today suck! These old commercials were well thought out and they were actually good! So thank you so much for putting these on TH-cam! Cause I love seeing the good commercials again!
+SaturdayMorningAlive that really, truly makes my day to know theres at least one other person who feels the same way. a few of my friends agree. one in particular wholheartedly agrees. it aint just us, there ARE others who feel the same way, so take solace in that. thanks soooo much for making these videos!
90's Halloweens were amazing, and these commercials captured it so perfectly! There's this one really old, cool, and surprisingly scary Nickelodeon Halloween ad (I think it may have been a "Bumper") from the 90's that I remember but can't find anywhere, do any of you remember it: It's a live- action ad with a boy with a jack o lantern over his head explaining some Halloween rules, such as going early (He stresses, "Not just early in the day, but early in the WEEK."). He points out that if you're going to wear a pumpkin on your head, make sure it's not too small or too big. Then, in a pretty creepy ending, the boy removes his own pumpkin to show that it IS his head (As in, when he takes it off, there's no head on his shoulders), and goes, "MINE FITS PERFECTLY! HA HA HA!"
Beverly Huttinger that's probably what made them so great, the originality. I was born in 83 and the 90s are definitely my strongest childhood memories. The world was without a doubt a different place. Much happier
Sailor Italy no, he’s right. My town used to be huge on Halloween but now you barely see any kids out or house decorations. It’s not that we’re growing up, it’s people have majorly slowed down on upholding traditions and the economy is garbage
I fuckin had that monsterface and forgot about it until just now! I cant believe it! I am going to thank my mom and dad next time I see them for getting me that! I wish that I still had it.
I miss this time so much. The last great decade...😢
I FREAKING LOVE these commercials from the 90's., they ALWAYS give me an NOSTALGIC GEEKGASM.,,.

the 90's: the last actual discernible decade. everything since then has been nothing a blur of nothingness
I totally agree.

Showed this to my 8 year old daughter and all she said was "Wow you guys had fun stuff back in the day!"
Literally doing the same right now.
That never gets old.
What happened to the spirit of Halloween
