Hi and thanks for waching. Based on what items are on the menu, take those cards to use. Any items not on the menu go back in the box. Take the dessert cards, and place them off to the side. Shuffle all of the other menu items together. Then based on the number of people playing, you would select a certain amount of desset cards to be added to the deck and shuffled. This happens at the begining of each of the three rounds. Then based on the number of players will determine how many cards are dealt at the start of each round. In the video, from 1.40 to 2.42 goes over the set up for the deal. Hope that helps.
