    Buying koka pet means you need to ready to monthly maintenance 6k,in normal climate conditions in summer it will go to 10 k.dont count IT and invest as IT is sunset due to AI Including manufacturing.

    Kokapeta లో లక్ష రూపాయల గజం‌ వుంది. నల్ల గాండ్ల లో లక్ష రూపాయలు గజం నడుస్తోంది. అప్పుడు ఎకరా 100-300 కోట్లు పెట్టి కొన్న వారు..ఫ్లాట్ 9000/- to 10000 per sq ft అమ్ముతున్నారు. రేట్లు ఏమీ తక్కువ గాలేదు.

    Many of us do not know this, software Industry in INDIA is currently on the downward trend. It has seen it's peak during pandemic. Not going to reach that height again ever. Many of the buildings in Hi-Tech city area will be eventually converted family housings only, this is already happening in UK. AI will be final nail in the coffin.
