I'm also looking to buy some GIVA earrings but after reading so many bad experience reviews I'm afraid that it's not a long lasting jewellery 😢
Hi there. You are more than welcome to buy any product as they come with a 30 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it within this period from the date the product was delivered. After which there is a 6 months warranty even with this if there is any kind of fading or breakage even then you can take a replacement. I would rather suggest you go for pure silver and gold product.

Some GIVA products lose color even if you don't use them. Luckily, they exchanged it for me and it didn't lose color after that. Weird!!!!

Actually silver jewellery needs to use carefully like after use one should wipe it with soft cloth then keep it in a closed box or zip lock bag but never keep all silver jewellery together...if using everyday then avoid direct contact of jewellery with water, perfume , any chemicals ... If proper care is taken silver will not get tarnish easily.

Hello Shb Editz, There is no need to be worried about it. If you do not like the product you can have it returned for a full refund within the 30 days duration from the date the product was delivered. Even after 30 days if you wish to use the product and there is an issue, you may claim warranty for upto 6 months to receive a replacement.
Will it get tarnished if we get it wet on a daily basis?

Hi. With any product for that matter, there are instructions given on how to maintain the colour on the product for a longer period of time. If you follow those steps you will be able to use it for at least 6 to 7 months without any issues.
