How is everyone doing? How is the Summer Challenge going?
I have been feeling re energized and so much stronger! In todays video I wanted to take you trough a random day in my life. Lately I have been busy with wedding planning and getting ready for my Europe Trip. I honestly can’t not describe how excited I am for summer.
To get in the mood I organized a cute summer dinner with Chef Jesse. He cooked some delicious dishes inspired on our Soul Sync Body Summer challenge. To pair the evening I've included my favorite orange wine with Gérard Bertrand's Orange Gold, from the South of France in the Languedoc. You can find it online or also in different stores in the U.S. ! I will link it down below as it’s my absolute new favorite. You can pair it with your favorite starter, cheeseboard or it pairs well with any spicy dishes!

I’m still getting physiotherapy from an accident half a year ago, you should definitely take it seriously and keep going back! Soft tissue injuries can creep up on you and ruin your days. Feel better soon!!!

I am so relieved your ok from your accident. So did you get checked out at a Chiropractor or Dr by any chance? I think its important to get checked for Concussion even if you didn't hit your head. Lots of Love and Hugs😊❤❤

Rose Ave Whole Foods. That was my fave one when I first stayed in LA area with a friend for a month in Marina Del Rey in 2016. Now I live further inland near Comedy Store but still hit up that one. Oh man, the new Culver City Whole Foods is so big though. Love that one now.

ohhh the curls didnt seem to last very long? your hair went back to normal once your friends came - is there a way to make it hold better because it happens to me too with the dyson
I recommend pinning them in place or using hair rollers and then using hairspray while they’re pinned. It’s a bit more time consuming but helps the hair last so you don’t have to keep re-styling
I'm remembering the day you told us about orange wine in your earlier TH-cam video and after watching just went to the supermarket and bought it. Since that day, orange wine is my favorite wine!

Some hairs don't hold curls or waves at all. I believe it has to do with hair texture.
