Honestly this sounds super invigorating. As a huge fragrance consumer looking for my next spring/summer scent this one IS IT! I imagine as my mind carried the note breakdown picturing myself wearing this on an evening out along the waters of Lake Michigan. Filling the warm air outside a lakeside patio restaurant and bringing a pleasant brightness to date nights around the city of Chicago. I work as a case manager in human services and I think this would be a great fragrance to wear at the office. I try not to wear anything to heavy or warm while I’m at work. But I think the freshness of this would work well for the office or meeting with clients.

Thank you Steven and Steve for giving us a full in depth preview of Blue Moon! I for one am very excited to wear it! To the wearing of Blue Moon, I see it being worn in many ways. Not only does it have modern and timeless fresh ingredients like lemon and musks, but Kilian has shown us the the sky is truly the limit. Let me explain how. For one, he chose to focus around the colour blue. Blue is reference to the sky, and how open and vast it is, it’s seen as a never ending limit for success, inspiration, etc. which also brings me to his inspiration. He chose to build a fragrance off of a favourite cocktail which was inspired from his travelling. That to me is genius. It shows me how such a simple pleasure in his life paved the way for us to have something really meaningful to Kilian and his brand as a whole. I would wear this for those moments where I want to be inspired, and striving to achieve something.

Lovely and thoughtful review. It is so important and helpful to hear the inspiration behind each fragrance. For me this clearly slots into a summer rotation. I could see myself wearing this on a warm summer night surrounded by great food, great drinks, and great company.

I don’t know if I would wear the scent only because I haven’t tried it but if I did wear it based on your description it would be at one of the many open air jazz venues we have here in Atlanta in spring through early fall. The music and the atmosphere of those concerts are perfect for a scent profile like this. And finally I want to wish everyone participating in the give away the best of luck. Unfortunately I will not as I do not and will never support the platform the brand has chosen. That’s a personal choice and no aside to the brand whatsoever. I will however seek to purchase the fragrance through conventional methods and hope I will be successful in my endeavors. I haven’t smelled it but I can definitely see summer boat party, beach vacation. Pool parties white parties. I do wanna win this but regardless I am going to get a bottle day 1. The presentation is awesome

First, thank you Steven for always bringing us some really great scents. Second, glad to meet you Steve and you exude a true love for the brand and this new release. I don’t know if I would wear the scent only because I haven’t tried it but if I did wear it based on your description it would be at one of the many open air jazz venues we have here in Atlanta in spring through early fall. The music and the atmosphere of those concerts are perfect for a scent profile like this. And finally I want to wish everyone participating in the give away the best of luck. Unfortunately I will not as I do not and will never support the platform the brand has chosen. That’s a personal choice and no aside to the brand whatsoever. I will however seek to purchase the fragrance through conventional methods and hope I will be successful in my endeavors. Again, my thanks to you both for a truly engaging and enjoyable introduction to what appears to be another winner for the house of Killian.

This is a fragrance I think I would use a daytime casual wear during the warmer months: running errands; going to the gym; day dates; etc

I would LOVE to get my hands on this fragrance. To have and experience this as my first Killian fragrance would make my life. I need a new fragrance to knock me out of my Oud Rose obsession I’ve got. I need something to grab more than my Amber Aoud and Sahraa without hesitation.
