Can’t ATM Rock not be used by ex pokemon? Maybe I misread the card, but it seems like you would only be able to use this with pidgeotto/pidgeot, which greatly limits its usefulness.
Yup you cant use on ex pokemon, definitely limits its usefulness but still a good inclusion because of the style of the deck. You just clutch stall with special conditions and one way of living through this is using switches/warp points then using your damaged attackers once theyre loaded up. Atm rock prevents this, plus its a good option to punish aggro rare candy use
