@ I've learnt that "normal" dry clothes is called "evaporation" because from liquid state to gaseous state; it's called "sublimination", ice evaporating from a solid state
when you make the rice with the additional black rice and beans, what kind of beans are you using? do you cook them ahead of time? loved this video - so calm and relaxing. thank you!
I use azuki beans.Maybe it's called "Kidney bean" in English? Along with brown rice, I soak it in water for about 4-5 hours, change the water, and cook it in a pressure cooker. Thank you for liking this video😍.

うちには保護猫４匹います。去年うちにやって来た子猫2匹は、悪い悪い😢たわしなんかキッチンに置いとくと転がし何処にいったか分からなくなります。夜10時くらいに絶好調になり、暗闇からガチャンガチャンと音がして、化粧品やら玉ねぎやら下に落として遊びます。先住猫はその音にびくともせず寝てくれるので少しは安心。物を置けないので、スッキリした部屋になりました(笑)

🐶もきたての頃、眠ってから騒がしくて、暗いとよからぬことを考えて眠りにくかったです🤤。すっきりしてよかった 笑❤️

@@とこ-w9q いろいろ試し、今はフルーツエイジングの先生（TH-cam）のスキンケアがどうしても氣になって試しています。石油系なんですが、白色ワセリンを洗顔後耳かき半分程度手に伸ばし顔につけるというものです。メイクはあまりせず、チークを手作りしたいなと思って半年ほど経っております🤤。（いつ作るねん、、、的な速度です。。。）
