Also I'm pretty sure she muted them because when they were checking and found out that Towa is a vtuber, there was a sound leaking from his phone. She muted them when that happened then few seconds later she unmute them again to make sure it's safe to unmute.

Yeah, I'm spanish but because a lot of the content I consume on the Internet is in english I end up using a lot of the lingo (even if I'm speaking in spanish)

It might just be a gaming thing tbh. English is not my first language and whenever i play with my friends / other people we still use a lot of english call-outs.
@@kiswithy5541 While its totally possible that its just a gaming thing, lets not forget that Apex is absolutely huge in Japan. From the pro league of Apex, the ALGS being streamed and watched live in Japan by many so much so to the point that pro players are recognized by many ppl from the amount of clips being made of their streams or pro game play.
Rpr who went to Japan with his teammates and TSM members were recognized on the street by passing goth maids who recognize him becuz they watch and play Apex themselves to Conner from Trash Taste being stopped by police for a quick talk where even the police officer asks him if he plays Apex.

From the few apex clips i see with random japanese players. It seems so much less toxic and more fun and supportive.
Yeah it's pretty much their culture. Generally japanese people avoid creating problematic stuff when speaking directly.
To each their own I guess but being toxic is part of the fun. If you cant clapback then yeah you're screwed.
Japanese people are much less likely to be toxic _directly_ , but the toxicity still happens plenty elsewhere. For example, when Towa was participating in that live APEX tourney a little while ago she was avoiding the official stream chat due to how many people were mocking her for her voice (she gets that a lot).
Idk Subaru experience says otherwise. Maybe it's less toxic but there's definitely toxic people
