actually no here in south carolina we cant perform a pit unless the suspect is endangering the life of an officer if there is a lot of traffic we cant perform a pit we usually try to get the tiers with spike strips and do roadblocks or we'll shoot the tires out out as a last resort
ah, that makes sense! I dont really know much about the Mounties over here in Canada but they have similar tactics for stopping suspects who are of danger, although I think they are a bit more strict about how they do so as they usually just chase them until they can be cornered or pinned where they can't move in a safe location. I really don't hear much about dangerous pursuits here though so I'm just going from what I heard. There was a few incidents where regular city police were allowed to use theirs cars any way possible to stop suspects(as long as it wasn't to obviously kill the person), even when on foot if they were a serious danger to the public.
ya here if someone is shooting and there is a lot of people we will use are cars to block you or even run you over i had a call last night and a guy pulled a gun and my partner was in the car and he pulled the car in front of use and i ended up shooting the guy he lived and is looking at big prison time but you are in canada im in south carolina USA so laws are different and so is training have a safe night man
I wanted to join the Canadian Mounties and also the CAF (Canadian Air Force) when I was younger but hated the idea of leaving home. Plus, I was lazy and weak haha!
SpyCakes I probably won't be doing it until 10 years time, I need to develop some confidence and communication skills, but in the U.K. You have to go to a police college for 11 weeks, and it's about 200 miles from me
You get paid though, and then after the training you need to do 2 years probationary training to become a traffic officer or dog handler and I think it's like £11,000 salary for the training
This game has real performance problems and Graphics like a PS2 Game, Nextcargame-Wrekfest is a much better game and realistic graphics.and realistic car damage.
