20:20 This criticism is needed, even though I found Phase-4 to be very good in terms of creative output and storytelling, it doesn't feel that Multiversal but Phase-5 open's with Kang as the main villian so things will be good eventaully for people who are not liking Phase-4. The point is you guys are discussing the writing process and all convo feels like a constructive criticism than bitching.
