Robert was one of my favorite characters! He made scenes that would have fallen flat soar!!! The one episode I really think they should have done is Ray and Debra having a fight, one of them wishing they hadn't gotten married, and then seen what life would have been like if Robert and Debra had met first.... THAT would have totally flipped things. LOL
Interesting suggestion. It could have been one of their best shows. Debra really did think highly of Robert. When he kept moaning that he'd never find a significant other she scolded him about his lack of self-confidence, saying he was smart, funny, handsome, etc... And in some ways Robert seemed more responsible than Raymond regarding home matters. We remember that Robert was the one who remembered that Debra's favorite book was "To kill a mockingbird" and that she'd written her undergraduate thesis on it.
They never would've done that because Phil and Ray always wanted to keep the show in reality and not do fantasy shows. That said, could've been an interesting thing to see that lol.
Frank and Marie are so much like my parents. Frank is like My dad in every way. I am also divorced who lived with my parents for a while. and yes my brother has a daughter named Allie. and yes we are from the NY/NJ area and we are Italian.I am convinced the writers followed us around to get ideas for the show. Its one of my all time favorite shows ever.

I was shocked to realise his voice isn't that low cause I first discovered this program after I watched ice age and the majority of cartoons with Brad in, I watch this one morning it was on after fraiser and I go "that's Manny and Dim"
