I think charm is also good for bone scythe, since bone scythe is mostly used as a 1st move. Like imagine your lvl of stats in melee is 2000 but because of charm its damage can increase comparable to a lvl of 3000 stats or more

I think tempestas is not the best on saber, saber z has an end lag, which can be countered if the opponent spam a stun move, i would recommend spark so it disables the end lag on saber z. on the end of the z slash, u have a chance to be countered, especially by love v, scythe x etc.
