I have now watched this video several times. While I purchased a few of the items -- silk thread and french wire -- I used other tools instead of the silk knotting tool. Excellent step by step tutorial. Highly recommend.
You demonstrate exactly the way I used the knotter tool, and I thought I was doing it wrong...lol In most tutorials the person put all the beads on first and then pulled all the beads thru each time they knotted. That seemed so cumbersome
Hi! We carry knotting silk in sizes 2-12 ( beadsinc.com/collections/knotting-silk ) and you want to pick your silk size based on the size of the hole in your beads. Number 6 is approximately .7mm, and was the perfect size for this pearl strand. Our listings for the silk have the millimeter thickness listed in the pictures of the packaging. Hope this helps!

So glad!
Great video !!!
Love this 💚
Does anyone know where I can buy 14k gold french wire?
what size French wire are you using ? what gauge ?
Do you pick the size of the French wire based on the size of the silk? Or how do you pick which French wire to get?
you have to pick it up based on the thickness of the silk. I have a 0,7 mm i think but my silk was too thick and it destroyed it.
Do you recommend always using number 6 ? Or is there other sizes ? I want it for gemstone necklace

This sounds really interesting but I couldn't follow because you were too fast 😢😢😢
Go to the settings and you can set the speed of the video.
Way too fast and cannot see the technique of french wire or knotting pearls.
