I'm late to this video but it is so spot on for my life trajectory. 2008 was a huge turning point for me in terms of career (voluntary and involuntary), relationships, and life purpose. I never been too fond of this generation from my experience with most of them, being either my parents or the parents of friends of mine. They have a sense of watching to control everything around them and in some cases myself, which doesn't turn out good. I'm from the Scorpio gen and it's conjunct my ascendant, along with Venus and my moon making aspects with my Uranus, and a 4th house in Pisces to top it off. I also notice how practical the Virgo gen is; don't seem super ambitious.
Being a Gen-X ER and Pluto in Virgo I would have to agree. It's not about not being ambitious it's about trying to be practical and yes getting everything done for those that are in charge and in true typical Virgo fashion that seen ourselves as empowered to be the boss. So when we do have power it can quickly turn to abuse or mismanagement. Against the service nature of our sign precludes a desire 2 gain status or power. I've noticed that when I was giving it I quickly wish to make it more democratic but the system does not allow for that.
when the pluto in virgo generation is through working for the traditional rulers...they will have a nice new stable life to maintain(they can be maintenance, the rest of our generations may not be..)
I hope you are right. I've noticed Pluto in Virgo generation is also super obsessed with cleaning and organization. I know a few! ;-) I'm Pluto in Scorpio generation....we go deeper than any other generation in all areas of Life.

not much net stuff presented for us Uranus-Pluto conjunct in Virgo generation, our generation was just before the personal home PC and the internet, through our schooling years, we didn't have, our gen got lost between the end of the baby boomers and start of Gen X. I could tell this by a 25 year class reunion, while some identified with Gen X and some with baby boom, most classmates either "made it or lost it". This mix of generations and transition are the ones most affected by Aprils Cardinal Grand cross and its two eclipses and the ongoing 7 pluto-uranus squares. Maybe its just our time to really step up and 'take over' from the dwindling baby boomers (who are now retiring in droves), change signal? like the train switching tracks? I am not sure what our generation has to offer as far a change goes but I am sure our current president (probably our gen) has a lot to do with it.
