  • This weekend, I took a good day's break from my compositional/academic obligations, and I found myself on youtube, looking at tags I may or may not have missed this past year. I came across this BEAUTIFUL tag (link below) by the Tim Briggs. Oh man did I love this!
Everyone has really been swell about my last tag, and seems to really enjoy my work. So I made a little arrangement of this tag myself, and this is that arrangement! I hope you like it just as much (if not more) than my last tag!
Here's the original, which you absolutely MUST hear.

Final note: My mic is awful! I will be in the market for a popfilter and a better mic once my wallet allows! I appreciate your feedback, everyone!

If you knew him in real life, (I have the pleasure of knowing him, and him knowing me - which is even better!) you would probably disagree with that statement. I can see how within the confines of this video, that this could be the case, but if you knew him from other contexts, he doesn't look very much like Jack Black at all.

Dude. Set up a paypal link or something for others to contribute to, and your mic will be paid for. Not sure how to do that, but just a thought. nice work!

There are many multi-track singers that you can make claims against and yes, still be a dick, but it's foolish to accuse Stephen of anything. He writes his own arrangements, uses basic recording equipment, and has become perhaps the best multi-tracker on the internet in a matter of 3 months. Genius shines through; you wish you could carry his recoding equipment for him just to get a taste of artistry.

@autotunefails I dont use autotune, per se, I use a software that allows me to micromanage tuning where it might be helpful. These videos are a display of my love for composition, arranging, and singing. I respect your opinion, and even sympathize with it in professional circumstances, however Im now going to go on living my life, as your selfrighteous and spiteful tone are lost on me. Have a nice day.

HAaaha! I am actually. In place of studio quality headphones, gaming headphones are actually a more than satisfactory substitute! I actually don't have a system anymore, and even if I did I wouldn't have time to use it! If you have gaming headphones, I recommend putting on some choral music STAT and you'll see for yourself! The field of sound is massive and the quality is great!
