Meeting situations fault finding- useful for PDI/ADI

In this video we've shown what fault finding should look like on a driving lesson .
Spot the fault, make them aware and ask do they know how to actually do it? discuss the risk of doing it that way
Ask if they want help fixing it
Agree a level of responsibility
go and work on it. if you can get back to the same route thats good too.
