- It's fun watching the band visually emulate what was played on the recording. Drake is singing to an instrumental track of the song I mixed. Pretty good song considering he is 15 yrs old and had just written it. I played bass on the track and he played the guitars.
I remember thinking holy COW this kid is talented. I was like 9
Shame what happened to him behind the scenes (From
QUIET ON SET)
i remember this episode, great song drake.
Anyone know if it's really him singing? Cause in the caption I think guy trying to claim Drake is lip syncing.
I think he means that the band is lip syncing- but drake actually is singing. That's how a lot of live tv shows do it, the live tv studio isn't equipped for a whole band (maybe bad acoustics, not enough time to soundcheck, budget, it messes with the audio of the rest of the show and it's easier to control a person singing and maybe a guitar but it gets more complicated when drums are added in and a lot of instruments need to be balanced...) I saw this documentary about avril lavigne and her band was talking about this performance they did on jay leno, and they explained that that's how they do it; the band has to pretend to play but the singer actually sings. A really clear example of this is when nirvana performed smells like teen spirit on top of the pops, they were told they had to pretend-play their instruments, and as a sign of protest they started to do really bad impressions of themselves playing, it's pretty funny :D
did he write this song?
Yeees
Did he sing it
@@RyanAmeroYes, that's his actual voice. He still sounds the same, but his voice has improved.
Oh my gosh!!! This is amazing!!!! Am I really listening to a 14 year old singing about love?! And his voice!!!! He sounds like a 34 year old!!! Incredible!!! GOD bless!!! 🙏❤🙏
I love that song by Drake Bell and I wish he would know the lyrics so he could sing that same song just for me next time and Amanda Bynes spells that way.
Which episode is this?
