Right around the solar plexus I had a wash of super happy warmth! I could see little sea anemones in my spine reaching out with their little wavy tendrils. Very vivid, angelic feeling to the whole experience. 💙👽🖤

Thank you Suzanne. I enjoyed taking part in this meditation. I do wonder -- what does Sanaya have to say about chakras and the corresponding colors? Are these something that is know by those in Sanaya's realm?
I am interested in the answer to your question. There seems to be some contradiction among teachers about chakra energies and colors.
There are colors that many agree on for the chakras, but these can vary person to person. In the end, it what you sense.

No, the chakras are energy centers, and you want them opened and vibrant to help your body, and your mind, work at their best.
I found this meditation after asking for help to better my chakras. It makes wonder for me. I love it. Try it relaxed with your eyes closed and visualize the colors as she goes through them.
I bring your vibration right up.
