My Amen is whenever we go through any temptations from the enemy we are confident through our faith in Christ that we can get through that temptation because we have gone through it so many times and we just have to stay in the spirit and trust God.

Hi I’m Miles, I’ve been watching the sermons for about 2 years now and they’ve changed my life + walk with God. I wrote this because I just lost my friend to suicide and I’m trying to cope. I pray that God blesses us with a sermon about it. I really loved her, she was only 17. I’m calling to God for strength right now. Emmanuel. May God rest her soul.

I just recently felt like I've closed a chapter with a good friend of mine. The reason it pains me so much is because we used to have a liking for each other that was more than friends. We started off as friends at first of course, but we realized we really liked each other and we were both followers of Christ, so we just kind of fell for each other I guess. At least, I know I did for her. It was a pleasant relationship that unfortunately did not last very long, I moved away because of I joined the Air Force and we just became cool friends. We'd check on each other and still talk. She even invited me to her graduation and I did something I never thought I'd do alone and bought my own plane ticket to go and see her. I found myself still falling for her, but deep down I kind of knew she did not feel the same. She still showed so much compassion and care for me. I saw the love of Christ in her and that made me fall for her even more. I just knew we'd never get back to what we were and she sort of made that clear to me a couple times because I still thought we had something for some reason. SMH. We recently addressed our current relationship (friends) kind of going sour because of a few reasons and it saddens me even now because I couldn't see my life without her in it and now it feels like its all falling apart. We let each other know how Christ still works in our lives and how He makes our relationship better. I wrote all this to say these episodes seem to have come at the right time. It seems as if God is letting me know that all things work out for the good of those who love Him. I'm still in a state of confusion, but I am trying my best to hear from God and not slip away. Thank you for these videos. They help more than you know. God bless you, your family and everyone who is subscribed and in the comment section.

I’ve been struggling with the relationship with my wife and also with my teenage step daughter lately. I’ve been listening to all of the episodes of this series but for some reason this one brought it home for me when Alex began talking about his need for patience and how Christ gives him the strength to be able to deal with the annoyances in the house (French fries, dirty diapers, $5 poke balls etc). I’m trying to be the best godly husband and father I can be and learn from Jesus how to lead women as a man because it’s hard and stressful at times. Thank you for these podcasts. Blessings.

My Amen- God will provide what you need in all relationships once you build one with him . We overlook his love and rules b/c the world try’s to make items and things more appealing or easier than him, but through Christ we can see what he sees ..have is eyes (so to speak) Even tho God is holy and we’re just dirt he saw the potential and got on our level to take wut was nasty and sinny to heal and cleanse us 💕

This hit home, when you were talking about your relationship with your kids. I struggle with that to.I think if I was more financially stable I would have more time with them instead of trying to make more money and stay above water. I’m seeking something that might never happen. Thank you for this message, eye opener.

So we've been married for 5 years October 27...together 11 years. We've been through so much sinfulness and holiness ! But this message opens my heart to the reality that the Connection, Currency and Confidence of Christ Jesus is and has been and will be always working in our relationship together and individually. Lately I have been so Selfish and negative but Praise GOD I'm starting to get it. My wife is my gift from GOD though I'm undeserving I will be Grateful. The lies of the enemy attack me when she hurts me with her words. And the fear that overtakes me Weighs me down I begin to drown. But I'm screaming to be Saved and Jesus is there and pulls me out. I Praise GOD for your podcast because I can see the in the mirror of The WORD OF GOD that I am so sinful and HE IS SO GRACIOUS AND MERCIFUL and that through HIM I can be forgiving and trusting and loving. Thank You Two

My Amen is that God has revealed through this message that He has put me where I’m at for a reason. Not necessarily a reason I can understand yet, but He has a plan for me to do His will. I’ve been bombarded by sin ever since moving in to college. New people, faces, and problems. I’ve doubting where I’m at right now but this message helped me realize that God placed me here and planned to before the age of humans or the world. I have friends who, for the most part, do not follow God or know who He is or what His Son has done for them. I just find it very challenging to share the good news when I’m not seeing it from someone else. I feel the urge to share the good news some days and some days I just want to live like the rest of the world. If you guys could pray for me to look and accept the gift of peace our Father gives us and the confidence that His will is stronger than the will of world.
Sorry for it being so long. Been struggling with it even before I moved in for college.

I appreciate your comment because I can relate as well. Your honesty is touching. I struggle with the same thing as well almost everyday! All of the people I hang out with where I am are not really following Christ. They may know of Him, but show no effort to want a relationship with Him. In order to make it easier for me to share the Gospel with them, I try my best, even though I fail at times and end up acting like the rest of the world, to do things that I believer Christ would want for me to do to represent Him. For example, when we go out and they drink, I do not drink with them. I don't drink period, but I make it a point to not indulge in those things. When I am asked why, I tell them about the Gospel and how it is better to stay sober-minded and they respect my decision. Sometimes, they tell me about the struggles they are going through and I encourage them with the Word that I believe Christ has placed on my heart at the time. I share with them my struggles and how Christ helps me through. These are just a couple of ways. I am not completely sure what situations you may be in, but I hope this helps and gives you and idea. I sincerely pray for you brother and I know Christ shall show up for you as you continue to be honest and open with Him. God bless you.

@@keaonisrealskief2323 Most definitely! I never even want to go out drinking or go to parties. I think if I'm ever encountered to go do those things, I can share the gospel with them there.

@@akiems7394 I hope that my kindness towards others that I have shown already shined to others, but I have this urge that I need to do more and maybe God is just setting me up for that, I guess. I try and want to remind myself to pray and read a passage/devotional, which I've started doing ever since I got here and will strive to do throughout my time at college.

      @keaonisrealskief2323 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@yaboyquiz YES! And you don’t have to make it a difficult task. It can be as easy as starting off by doing the small things that make you stand out as a believer. For example, praying in public or showing kindness to others. Piggybacking off of Akiem S, when people see that, they’ll definitely be intrigued.

My amen has to be the fact that I can bring in the blood of Christ and Jesus himself into the relationships I have. I had a really bad argument with my sister yesterday and I did not represent Christ in how I approached her or dealt with my anger. However, the message today just reminded me that Christ had paid for my sins and her sins on the cross. If he loved her and me enough to die for us, then I can trust in him and lean on him to love her with the Godly love, even when I am failing or falling short.
Truly a blessing, and thank you. Please continue to pray for me as I walk through my path in life, toward Chris,t and into eternity.

my Amen was when Alex was talking about where he puts his confidence and how that can affect our mind and spirit, I guess I also link this to another video - mental junk food. I loved that he said we don't need to stress and we can handle all things when we put our confidence in God and realize that Through Christ and Grace all things have already been paid for and because of that well placed confidence we can have peace and patience and mercy for others. Wow there was just so much truth here (and in all your podcasts) thank you so much. I love that you have long ones and short ones, I love the longer sermons for when I have a full day but these are perfect way to start the day right when I don't have a lot of time thank you so much and God bless

Bringing the Lord Jesus Christ into all of my relationships will lead to long lasting relationships, from this time forward and forevermore… That’s really something else, the confidence in Him to make such a claim!! Amen Alex, and Hallelujah!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
That also seems to explain why so many of my “friendships” in the past seemed to get destroyed or I was lead to let them go, because the relationships weren’t from the Lord. 🤔🧐😨😅 Glad to have seen this series, I’m definitely going to listen to all 4 episodes in a row to remember it all going forward.
As for my amen, I’m going to bring Jesus Christ up into all of my relationships going forward, and if Ge doesn’t approve then I’m letting those relationships go. 😁 It’ll be way less hard to do so at the beginning of a relationship than at the end of one, and I’m glad that this weakness will finally become a strength!! 🥳

Living Bible (TLB) it’s a thought-for-thought translation. used more for times when you’re leisurely reading the Bible instead of doing a deep study. it’s good to have both, so we think of it as kind of like a supplemental translation for your word-for-word translation, such as NASB, ESV, NKJV!!
