This is my favorite version of the game, because of Nintendo bias. And it's honestly better than the iOS/Android version in lot of ways. 1.) In iOS/Android, to get all the mini-games and puzzles, you have to either grind like crazy or spend real-world money on virtual coins. In DS, you unlock them the same way you do on console and PC. 2.) In iOS/Android, the hard survivals were removed entirely. They're still present in DS. 3.) In iOS/Android, there's an assload of achievements, some very fucking unfair. In DS, there aren't a lot of achievements, making completionism a lot less tedious (I mean, the online play achievement is probably impossible now, but I digress) 4.) In iOS/Android, there's no silver or gold Sunflower Trophy. They're still in DS, and unlike console, you can actually see them on the main menu. 5.) In iOS/Android, there's no Tree of Wisdom. In DS, there is. And it lets you reset your save file, unlike console. The compressions are sometimes pretty bad, but I don't really mind. My only real complaint is the removal of the cheat codes, but that barely matters anyway. The exclusive mini-games are also pretty solid.
