I want like banners as prestige rewards or something for every character basically. The possibilities are endless IMO, these are cooler than charms potentially. A rank 1 banner (maybe for either side), holiday banners, anniversary banners, hell even give me an auric cell banner for buying auric cells like the charm we get lol. ENDLESS possibilities! Which is why it's wild they didn't at least launch with some... Like I could make 10 in an hour in photoshop. Like at least a red one, a blue one, a green one... DAMN. A skull one for DBD? Idk
IDEA: prestige 1 bronze character badge. Prestige 5 silver character badge prestige 10 gold character badge and finally prestige 25 iridescent character badge. BONUS: prestige 100 the grinder badge and 5M blood points seems pretty cool to me.

I really feel like they should have released some starter badges and banners. I feel like doing badges of the OG 4 survivors and OG 3 killers. Plus 2 banners featuring one with the OG 4 survivors and one with the OG 3 Killers would have been fine. And then you know have the chucky stuff too...
The most charitable interpretation is that they had the Chucky banner ready, but not the rest, and they didn't want Chucky to launch without it. The least charitable interpretation is that they did this purposely to boost Chucky sales. But it is wild to launch a feature with zero default options lol. Like imagine if they released perk slots before they started making perks. Like what lmao
I would find it very cool if they released a banner and/or profile badge to players who got at least 1 legacy cosmetic. And I think maybe the ones based off of characters should be awarded by getting their Adept achievement, and who knows other achievements could award other profile customization too, that is way more fun than simply: "Purchase a cosmetic".
It's just such an odd move to implement a system like this without giving the players ANYTHING or SOMETHING to start with. Instead of my player level now, I just have a blank space though I have many many $15 skins and I have completed all of the tomes and previous events. Despite my gripes, It's a great change and I'm excited to see it grow. New assets created by DBD's awesome art team is always a welcomed thing :)
Badges and banners are cool, but it's lame this has been at the cost of hiding our player levels and grades. Behavior has been increasingly treating DBD as a competitive game with its balancing efforts (which is great), so it's odd they keep hiding all manner of showing off experience or skill level -- first by keeping MMR ratings a secret even from ourselves, and now this. I've recently, finally, leveled everyone to at least 9, and so therefore having nothing left to unlock, I'm not sure where to get my sense of achievement -- with everything unlocked and nothing to measure my gameplay skill, what is my motivation? I'm sure many of those not interested in unlocking all the bloody clothes & perk charms have this same existential crisis even sooner. I love DBD, but I need definable goals. In a multiplayer video game, that naturally means stuff to unlock or a gameplay rating to improve. And I'm not alone with that mentality.
also the menu is Not optimized for controller use and that's all a Lot of us have access to. fighting with the menu an extra 5 seconds any time i want to check my grade is ANNOYING. ((already super annoying that it doesn't show Your prestige lvl above your head in the lobby. menus are NOT easy to use. stop hiding information behind them.))

Interesting that they implemented the profile when the other banners/badges aren't ready, but im glad the winter even gives some! I like the Dwight badge haha.
I'm pretty happy with the additions overall, and I don't mind how bare the content is right now, it won't matter in a few months. I do wish, however, they made the end-of-game results a little easier to see. Not sure why the sacrificed/mori'd/escaped icons are so small now.

It’s cool, but they should’ve at least had some basic default badges for the OG characters. At least we’re getting some for the event, and working on some of the older collections.😙👍🏽💯
I'm completely serious with this: I'm happy they released the first one for paid-only, it immediately tells me I won't be able to complete this collection anyway, so I do not even need to bother with it. That saves me a lot of work and money and I can concentrate on other things or games instead
I just don't get why there weren't just the OG Behaviour survivor/killer portraits as starter elements. I mean those are already assets in the game. Good to know we're getting them retroactively, but it's just a little goofy right now that only the Chucky stuff is in the game for another few days before we all get the same exact ones lol

Yeah I had a cheater in a game the other day. Had nea bloody cosmetics but she wasn't prestiged at all. Additionally, she had a banner and a badge that isn't the Chucky one, it was a skull with fire, it was weird
How do you know that the cosmetic/DC/character/purchase comes with a card or banner? When I go to the store and select the item I might want to buy, there's nothing in the UI that indicates it comes with a card/banner - or am I overlooking something?

Yeah I think it’s cool having the player profile and banners but like everyone else is saying, it doesn’t have a purpose being there other than looking cool and I wish they gave some profile pics with the update or fun ways to unlock them and earn them especially to have a banner that you earned by doing something challenging. It reminds me of Dbd Mobile as they have the player profile but at least that shows the rank still, to be honest I have preferred that lately, I just wish they got all the killers on there. I guess maybe it’s to stop toxic, competitive people mocking others? I don’t know how to feel about it

Can't find anything, anywhere on the web just to SEE a SINGLE other badge or banner... so they added one banner and 4 badges, and that's it?!
more to come but that's about it right now. You can earn the Dwelf badge if you unlock enough items with snow trinkets in the winter event.

Yeah I think it’s cool having the player profile and banners but like everyone else is saying, it doesn’t have a purpose being there other than looking cool and I wish they gave some profile pics with the update or fun ways to unlock them and earn them especially to have a banner that you earned by doing something challenging. It reminds me of Dbd Mobile as they have the player profile but at least that shows the rank still, to be honest I have preferred that lately, I just wish they got all the killers on there. I guess maybe it’s to stop toxic, competitive people mocking others? I don’t know how to feel about it
I figured that they would add more, because Call Of Duty and Mortal Kombat have profile cards to and there's alot so hopefully DBD can have alot to, but I heard that they were going to be free?
Some free some tied to purchases some time to game achievements event participation, etc

So I just saw someone with the Dwight elf banner. Anyone know how to get it? I'm assuming I need to buy the Dwight elf outfit, right? Does anyone know if this is the case and also what if I just buy one piece of the outfit, will I still get it?
