    1 - Whoever says SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi (Glory be to Allah and Praise Him) a hundred times during the day, his sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea [Sahih al-Bukhari; #7:168, Sahih Muslim; #4:2071]
    2 - whoever says SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi, Subhan-Allahi 'l-`adheem (Glory be to Allah, and Praise, Glory be to Allah, the Supreme)

    Sorry but the son is in the right. The father has probably been abusive towards him throughout his life, as indicated by his actions. And when the father slapped his son, the son snapped and fought back. Nowhere in Islam does it say parents can physically abuse their children; it is a twisted cultural thing. The father reaped what he sowed. No sympathy for the father at all.

    • @WillScarlet1991
      @WillScarlet1991 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If what you say is true, then I'd say both the son and father are in the wrong. There's no right outcome in all of this.

    • @jrehman
      @jrehman 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The son should not have been disrespectful to his father in the first place, and secondly even if his father slapped him, he should not have slapped his father back. The father may or may not have been in the wrong for slapping his son, but I can see that as his right moreso if his son is being disrespectful than I can see the right of the son to slap a father. So no, the son was more in the wrong on this case.

      No elder has unlimited respect because your age does not grant you that, being elder to you doesn't mean they can mistreat or abuse you and you have to respect them.

    The one who dragged his father was revenged by allah through his son . But what about his son? Will he also be dragged by his son? Which shouldn't happen , as it was a revenge and if this happens then the cycle would continue always.

    I'm not condoning this kind of behaviour, however, sometimes elders don't always deserve respect. The way some of my elders have behaved and their hypocrisy, I have a hard time respecting them. I don't age should always equal respect. It's a shame I never hear examples of elders behaving badly, only children and the young. You often hear that one of the signs of the day of judgment or end times are children or the young mistreating their elders or their parents. While I agree I also think there should be scope into seeing why elders or the older generation mistreat the young.

    6 ways to earn deeds after death:
    1) Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone. Each time one reads from it you gain.
    2) Donate a wheelchair to a hospital. Each time a sick person uses it you gain.
    3) Participate in building a masjid.
    4) Place a watercooler in a public space.
    5) Plant a tree. You gain whenever a person or an animal sits in it's shade or eats from it.
    6) And the easiest of all, share this message with people.

    MuhamMAD said to go bite your father's what?
    ‘Ubayy ibn Damura said, “I saw with Ubay a man who was attributing himself (in lineage) with an attribution of Jahiliyyah, so Ubay told him to bite his father’s male organ and did not speak figuratively (i.e. was explicit). So his companions looked at him. He said, ‘It appears that you disapprove of it.’ Then he said, ‘I will never show apprehension to anyone with regards to this. Verily, I heard the Prophet say, “Whomever attributes himself (in lineage) with an attribution of Jahiliyyah, then tell him to bite his father’s male organ AND DO NOT SPEAK FIGURATIVELY (i.e. be explicit).”’”

    Means to attain a happy family life.
    From the means to attain a happy family is an affair which has been lost in many of the homes today;
    and it is to establish in the homes the remembrance of Allah.
    Unfortunately, during these times many of our families are devoid of the remembrance of Allah in the homes such that the Quran is hardly recited in the homes,
    and remembrance of Allah is scarcely found in some homes. And the homes have been overtaken by the remembrance of the devils;
    singing and music have entered the homes.
    This is the reason for a great deal of misery in the homes.

    I want to ask something. Please help me out with authentic and valid answer or if you can’t, don’t even bother yourself. I’ll appreciate a honest and correcting answer.
    Is it bad if I’m brutally honest with parents if they’ve done something very wrong? Is it ok to argue with them if they don’t want to admit and correct their fault and wrongdoings? The things they do are serious and enough to destroy the life of the next generation and the generation after it. Should we be honest with them and tell them that they are doing wrong?? But if they are hurting through the truth we are speaking; will we be accountable on the day of judgment??
    I want to understand the correct definition or the respect for parents. I’m a parent myself. We all are humans and commit mistakes. But if our parents do something very wrong which is pretty clear in Islam as haram; what should we do then? My Allah guid the elders of our ummah but they are not always right. I’m brutally honest with my parents and tell them exactly when they do wrong. Sometimes with arguments and sometimes with discussions. I’m never disrespectful or use bad words. Both my parents and my husbands parents are followers of the culture and not much of the religion.
