Very cool you got Azure next. A tip for Ziggy is that you can make it a cat hangout and ensure there are pee bushes around. Then cats will go into the pee bushes, and then he can collect and sell the feathers they leave. A bit of a bonus there. I haven't played Azure as yet, but the painting skill and selling paintings is a money maker. Lock the gates so other sims can't use the other sim's lots. Azure is going to be the mega producer and she should maybe build a shed for the community center to have the staples in there like a simple bathroom. Her house really looks good so far.
ugh an exact evil clone so annoying when that happens, "it looks like a baby who ate bananas blueberries and chocolate and decided to barf on this canvas" that sure is a creative way to describe that I sure hope my art doesn't look like that description, it would honestly be hilarious if you got Ziggy next because of how much you're dreading playing with him (I'm sorry in advance if this jinxed you)
