Kai. His performance should be placed in contemporary art museums like MOMA. No matter in terms of the lighting, the music or the movements, the performance goes beyond dance and reaches the level of performance art. Notice how the visual and the auditory complements each other: when the sound goes off, Kai fills the blankness with his movements, creating a more coherent and sophisticated sensory experience. I wish Kai could create more works involving ‘non-pop’ elements like this piece.

"This performance is very meaningful to both me and Kai. We had very limited time to create this piece while we were on tour and the situation was pretty bad. However, as you guys watch this, we did it again. It’s already over a decade since I trained Kai for the first time when he was only 15. We’ve created so many performances together for the past years like deep breath and I see you etc. But this one..means quite a lot to me.I’ve been suffering from creating new things for the artists as time goes by and recently, it just ended up to the peak and I felt so pressured by no one but myself.This performance ‘door’ is named by me. I want myself and Kai to get over the past and move further together. I want us to break the limit that we are facing now. I hope this performance would lead us to the new world."

What I think KAI has more is the charisma, magnetism versitility. unprecedented passioin and power when he dances on stage. He just owns it.They all have great talent, great technique and abilitiy to dance. But he changes completetly from what he is in real life when he steps on this stage. He lives it, suffer, tease. overpower, or enourmously enjoy himself dancing (like Tempo fancam showed which understandably went viral!).... he shows huge variety of emotions very directly.. EVERY move is just if it is his last - giving it his all.
