I think the Dead Space remake is so far my GOTY, but this year has been amazing - Resi 4 Remake, Metroid Prime Remake plus all of the great PSVR2 stuff like GT7, Resi Village, Walking Dead Ch. 2 and the Horizon one.
Every episode these nicknames intros just get more and more brutal. Thankfully Rob is bringing the fit and looking like some kind of dapper gentlemen lifting the tone week to week.
I am really happy that you all are still doing what you're doing. You have such a good team dynamic. Love to laugh about your jokes and to see you discussing gaming stuff. Keep it up :D
Most fun game: Vampire Survivors. Best platformer: HI Fi Rush. Dark souls kinda game: Wo Long Fallen Dynasty. Story Fantasy game: Hogwarts legacy. Most anticipated upcoming game: Diablo 4. Most Disappointing game: Fospoken. I don't include Dead space and res 4 cause these are remakes. (But really good ones)
It’s been the a brilliant year for horror fans, I am looking forward to final fantasy pixel remaster out this week. What even funnier about Thor the walrus he left before the fireworks were meant to start, so they cancelled it for no reason. Another method of carrying food, biscuit in the pocket: just wrong.
RE Village in VR2 is my favourite game so far this year and also I'm enjoying some Starwars tails from the edge of the galaxy in VR... God of war for flat screen

the year 2023 and my fave game is gran turismo 7 with psvr2, absolutely breath taking, getting to sit in a sierra cosworth and trying to lean over at 100mph to open a glove box 🤣 apart from psvr2 games hogwarts or god of war ragnarok (new game +)

Dead Space has been my game of the year so far this year, for once I can't find fault with E.A. for something as the easy thing in that scenario would've been to do what they did with both the Crysis and Mass Effect trilogies and opt for the cheap remaster instead of a full remake and they really knocked it out of the park with this game, an easy 10 rating for me.
I'm still deciding between getting Octopath Traveller 2 on PS5 or my OLED Switch 😍😆 One on hand trophiesss 😍 On the other hand, the game visual gonna look stunning on Switch Oled 😍
This year resident evil 4 has been my favourite so far but considering final fantasy is one of my favourite franchises, FF16 could be my number 1 PlayStation game of the year!

@Kyushu Trail I never realised that.... its funny I usually associate horror games mostly with Japan. I guess it must be the gore or something. I can't remember if it was Japan though that had unusual bias against gore in games..... like the game can be as scary as it can possibly get but not gory.... I could be wrong but I'm sure I've heard 1 country did that when the calistal protocol came out which ended up being a really bland game.
From what i've played of RedFall it's looking like a banger so far. StarField will probably be game of the year though, not really enjoyed much on my PS5 this year, mostly playing PS4 games on it

I recommend getting the FInal Fantasy 1 to 6 Pixel Remasters if you like good old-fashioned RPGs. They arrive on PS4 and Switch on the 19th.

Gt7 is a great game but it had a rough launch with the Microtransactions, servers being down and how much it cost to grind for credits .

From what i've played of RedFall it's looking like a banger so far. StarField will probably be game of the year though, not really enjoyed much on my PS5 this year, mostly playing PS4 games on it
