George Washington's Gristmill

George Washington's Mount Vernon is the historic home of George and Martha Washington. It is a popular attraction for visitors to the Washington, D.C. area. Less well known is George Washington’s Gristmill and Distillery which are located about 3 miles away from the Mansion and grounds of Mount Vernon. Both facilities are historic reproductions of the original and both are fully operational. These two videos capture the docent-led tours of the Gristmill and Distillery.
