As a KC fan, the conversation would be way less annoying if the Mahomes skeptics actually made some sort of claim, like "Mahomes didn't train hard enough. The dadbod is affecting his throws. He needs lasik. He's spending too much energy on parenting." Those would at least be interesting claims we could talk about. Instead, none of Mahomes' detractors offer anything. They just cite statistics everyone's already aware of. Because it isn't about actual analysis, it's about a victory lap. And it's an idiotic victory lap, because the Chiefs are undefeated back2back champs. Thing is, it's pretty obvious what's going on. All of the quarterbacks who we say are "playing better currently" have all of their weapons. Literally all of them. Burrow was TERRIBLE this year missing just ONE of his WR1s. So if you're one of these people who is demanding that Chiefs fans acknowledge Mahomes' struggles this year, I just have to ask "What is your point?" Are you trying to say that Mahomes handles adversity worse than other QBs? Make an interesting claim/observation
Just look at Mahomes' 4thQ numbers this year, they are outstanding. He's like a cat having fun playing with a trapped mouse until it's time to eat that mouse. We have seen it in all three of his Super Bowl victories and every game this year. When it's time to go win the game, Mahomes is as good as he ever was.
Losing the CB Watson on top of trading sneed will make defense vulnerable plus they don’t get enough pressure up front- would trade for another DL or CB
Mahomes is better off when he gets out of the pocket and scrambles for first downs. His passing game needs rhythm to thrive, so he needs receivers to be consistently open, and have no penalties or turn overs to kill drives. Pat will get this right and play his best in January and February. I truly believe that he knows what's up, and that Andy will make sure he gets better.

He also had good defense and special teams…..you can’t be bad on offense and be bad on defense and be a good “team”
