As I said all depends upon different school management. Some schools just go for only salary whereas some schools really pay you including other benefits. Yes even if you are in husband visa you will get these benefits in some schools Commerce teachers can also teach subjects like business studies, economics etc. even in British schools If you have BEd you can teach anywhere, for Primary also schools prefer BEd teachers😊

You already have the qualifications. As you have good experience you can try the schools in Dubai. There are some schools that hire teachers with an ongoing degree as you have experience you can provide that. If you don't have a teaching licence You also can apply for teaching licence in UAE. That may increase the rate of getting hired to better schools

Also the working days are Mon-Fri and not Mon-Thurs in this nursery. I'm on my husband sponsored visa and insurance. I'm an experienced Pre Primary teacher from India. But I don't have experience here in the UAE. My child his 3.3 yrs old, so they said they can offer discounted fees for my childs admission in the same nursery. Apart from travelling and discount, no other benefits that you've mentioned are offered. Don't you think the pay that they are offering me is less? Should I go for this job at this pay or negotiate? 🙏🏻It would be great if you reply. Would be helpful in making decision as I hardly have a weeks time to decide.
As you don’t have experience from UAE, it’s very difficult to get jobs in pre primary with all the benefits. Payment depends upon experience as well in some schools or nurseries. As you have your baby and they’re are giving discount, I think it’s best to work there until you get experience. At the same time keep applying to other vacancies😊 Freshers always get low pay don’t worry you will find a right one with high pay soon

I too stay in Sharjah. I've been offered AED 2200 in a nursery along with pick and drop. Also the working days are Mon-Fri and not Mon-Thurs in this nursery. I'm on my husband sponsored visa and insurance.
I'm an experienced Pre Primary teacher from India. But I don't have experience here in the UAE.
My child his 3.3 yrs old, so they said they can offer discounted fees for my childs admission in the same nursery. Apart from travelling and discount, no other benefits that you've mentioned are offered.
Don't you think the pay that they are offering me is less?
Should I go for this job at this pay or negotiate?

As you don’t have experience from UAE, it’s very difficult to get jobs in pre primary with all the benefits. Payment depends upon experience as well in some schools or nurseries. As you have your baby and they’re are giving discount, I think it’s best to work there until you get experience. At the same time keep applying to other vacancies😊 Freshers always get low pay don’t worry you will find a right one with high pay soon

Also I forgot to mention above that its a British curriculum nursery. People around me are saying that atleast they should be offering 2500. As after the deduction of childs fees, hardly 1500-1800 I'll receive in hand.
