@@hiksiol6306 what do you plan to charge ??
I am assuming it's a battery ,the battery charging voltage should a bit higher than a fully charged battery .a fully charged battery gives 12.6 volts,2.1 volts each cell.
So the charger should atleast output more than 12.6 volts,without any alteration to the psu ,just connect the wire carrying 12 and 3.3 volts,by doing doing you will have 15.3 volts .and that would surely solve your purpose .

You forgot to add the charging current limit. You need to limit to C/10 and not get damage to the SRLA batteries. Hope you can do it.
