Me: Cliff is driving a Jeep liberty. Cliff is trying to break down and die in the wilderness.

Alaska also has a large population of gigantic brown bears which can and do kill (and eat) people. The place is crawling with them in fact.
That could be the reason for the disappearances.
I'm not ruling out sasquatch but I wouldn't rule out grizzlies either.

I was born and raised here in Alaska and I'm half Athabascan Indian from a village called Chitina in the Copper river valley about 250 miles out into the wilderness. My people call it Kol'Eni or "Bush Indian.' and we believe that it does indeed kidnap and take people away and has for a lot longer than "Bigfoot" was even a name. I have only seen it 1 time when I was with the mother of my child in Chitina at dusk on the Copper river.

@@miggs80 I wouldn't pay it off bro, I get it though. Anything big foot sounds dumb and ridiculous. HOWEVER, what is not spoken of a lot is the history and recorded events in WAR. when BOTH sides of conflicts both report awful sightings of things neither side can explain but both experienced the horrors it conflicted sometimes even in the moment of an engagement. Also a multitude of tribes have their history of explaining something human like regularly hunting them too. I dont take many if not all of these shows seriously at all, just a bunch of primitive brain dead people using brain dead techniques to find something they're obviously not bright enough to find. However, the recorded non-conflicting history on it is intriguing and quite frankly interesting enough to warrant the idea that it could possibly be something unfamiliar.

Hard to find a body in many millions of acres after the weather and wild animals gets hold of it . Even deer antlers get chewed to nothing by rodents for calcium . And the rodents to same to the bones . So what is left is nothing but a skull . That the windy weather over times buried it . I myself only went hiking in the Bob Marshall Wilderness in Montana . Did not take any trails that hunters use . If I had died in that million of acres in the thick of the trees . Not even a helicopter flying directly over my dead body in the thick of the trees would ever be seen or found by the time the animals got a hold of it . Never mind going into the Alaskan wilderness . And if a grizzly were to find a body . They eat some and bury the rest . So if they are back in that area . They can dig it up and eat more of it . And a grizzly average roaming range is about 50 miles and some times much more .

I'm guessing most people are unaware that thousands of FLIR wildlife aerial surveys have scoured US and Canada for the last half century. That's where an aircraft equipped with a thermal camera is used to access population of BF's favorite food, deer. Odd that not a single detection of 800 pounds of upright walking primate flesh stalking them. FYI, if you went through every insurance claim for air and sea craft and plotted them geographically, you'll see claim density inside the Bermuda Triangle is the same as the rest of the world. If you did the same thing for Alaska missing persons, it would be the same thing. It's why programs like this target the gullible and naive. Looking at the comments, this is the case.

The most dangerous thing in Alaska is people.
People move there because they're hiding or crazy or both. I know some very good people who have lived there for 20 plus years and when they get older, they move to an easier path of life. No one normal lives in Alaska. You have to be very hard, exceptionally hard working and mentally fit to keep ahead of this monster state. Nature here will kill the soft quickly and effortlessly.
The limited daylight hours wounds the heart and lengthy darkness creeps into the weak mind here. People predate on the frail here. Animals remove evidence quickly. You keep ahead here or the land swallows you whole.

Nonsense ! It's simply a case of its remoteness and inhospitable climate. The exact same thing happens to scores of people in Australia in remote mountain ranges , and in particular the vast outback every year. Bodies are rarely recovered , especially if taken by a crocodile .
Having said that, there have been cases of outback serial killers on the loose. The film Wolf Creek is partly based on real events .

Any rational person can't help but laugh at this.
Alaska is a massive wilderness, full of mountains, rivers, lakes, ravines and forests. 16,000 people go missing there and the reason these people want us to believe is that 'Bigfoot' is essentially kidnapping them! It's not the fact that Alaska is so vast. Those who go missing couldn't possible just be getting lost, or wandering off the edge of cliffs, falling into river torrents and being swept away, drowning in lakes and sinking to the bottom. No. They're being abducted by 'Bigfoot'! Just take a second or two to think about this logic being cast out at us and you see how utterly insane these people are.
THEN, we have these people who claim to have seen 'Bigfoot'. They see something they can't identify, but they say with certainty that it's a 'Bigfoot'. If a creature is standing at an odd angle to our line of sight, if it's partially obstructed by branches, leaves, stumps or trunks, we can often misidentify, no matter how well we might think we know an animal (even a Cow can look different given the right conditions). We have to also consider how light can alter, often drastically, how we perceive something. Even a tree stump can take on the shape of a menacing creature given the correct conditions.
Logically, that Woman's dog was barking at a bear. She's already entering a panicked state with her dog's reaction to something she can't yet see. When she looks up in a state of confusion, she see's a Bear on it's hinds, reaching up into the tree's for something. She's panicked, she's confused...It's a 'Bigfoot'.
The three on the boat. If the recreation is anything to go on, the sunlight was obscuring slightly their view of the creature, they were having to squint and adjust their eyes in order to try and see it clearly, so again, there was a state of confusion. That allows the mind to take over, it's quickly trying to decide if this 'thing' is a threat or not, should you fight it, or run?? The rational mind closes down in these situations. What they've seen might've been a snapped tree trunk and it was a simple case of pareidolia. More logically, it was another bear. Again though, we have them categorically stating it was a 'Bigfoot'.
The power of suggestion is incredibly strong. If you've been brought up with tales of 'Bigfoot', then you are subconsciously going to see 'Bigfoot' every time you can't identify something. It's a normal human reaction. If you visit somewhere which has a reputation for being haunted, the suggestion of ghosts is already planted firmly in your head, so your chances of seeing a ghost in that location is high. Here, in Scotland, we have Loch Ness and the legend of Nessie. Clearly there is no prehistoric creature living in the murky depths of the Loch, but that doesn't stop thousands of visitors every year claiming to have caught a glimpse of the elusive beast.

Educate yourself instead relying on your own perceptions. You'd be surprised whats out there. In order to become an expert on any subject you MUST research it as much as you can and only then can you make a decision. It's obvious you've done NONE of that. Your words are nothing but excuses to deny and you're totally negative on the subject. GO OUT THERE AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF. Because you look like a fool right now.
