Books are 6 per scroll
And scrolls are 7 per scroll
There's a memory fragment calculator if you want to figure this stuff out just search it, its by the same guys that made the tax calculator and yes this is up to date and even show you the current prices of the memory fragments.
I’m on console so I dunno what the rates are on PC. But I run these when I don’t wanna deal with actual grinding. I run well over 180 full scrolls at a time and the average is usually 7 per scroll.
I’m not talking about the five man activity. For whatever reason I consistently net less than 7 memes per scroll when doing five man. So I stopped.
You can get 5-9 mem frags if you do the scrolls from caldri and you only do 2 bosses
I'm on SEA and he probably is too (memes are currently at 5m for us), I do see people posting 100x scroll groups pretty regularly in group chat. I joined one once, it was honestly pretty quick with the 5 at once thing, but gave me ptsd from back when you had to do them one at a time so will definitely just be selling my relics from now on rofl

The trick is to preorder relic shards when they are low and sell memory fragments when they are high. And yes, doing it in 5-man party is really profitable, especially when you have a proper party (not Tuvala -.-) with Shai and a Witchard (for buffs and slows - and yes, they do work). Additionally - you don't use any loot scrolls and there are people who don't have enough of them ;)
My experience comes from EU and you can even find there decent parties in a party finder option. For a reference the record time I've ever reached was like 40-ish minutes for 500 relics (100 assembled scrolls)
Yeah the prices on EU also not the same like NA.

I ran an ancient scroll party yesterday as a new player. I got laughed at with first group because I only had 270ish AP. They are looking for 300+ to be efficient. Then I got took in by a second group. They all have 320 AP but kindly let me stay. After 1 hours I got 700 memory fragments and completed my first Jetina Pen armor.
It is worth doing but you need kind souls willing to carry you.
it takes 2 hours for my 5-man group (~690-710 gs avg) to do 50 level 5 scrolls (1,000 relics). And we're not taking our time either (we want to get it done asap, because it's miserable xD)
I get around ~920-1020 memes. Breaking 1k usually depends on getting a memory fragment box.
I'm always afk-fishing so I never have to buy _all_ the relics. But sometimes we do it sooner than later and I have to buy most of it, other times we don't do it for several months so I fish up like 700 relics and only have to buy 300, etc. Anyways they all led to a PRI blackstar at 2 max durability in the end.
yea, our guild likes to run these once a month or so for newer players that need memory fragments. was like a bil an hour after tax, but you cant get us to do more time. especially because the eu market wont let you make that much rn and high end zones are way up.
In SEA that might be doable, meme frags cost around 4.8min - 5m (might go lower if there is special event lowest i've seen is at 4.2m)
You still take forever in doing this and it's still no chance you make 1 bil/h with this
with a fully geared group this is actually worth running for memes. My group gets about 500 to 520 mems an hour

I can run 60 an hr 1 to 1hr & 20 mins , I fish them up though. I am making about 900 mil to 1.5 bil depending on Memory Frag prices , I use Meagu or Woosa if I use other classes I can not run that amount though. This is the solo scrolls and if I fish them up and I can’t fish up 300 shards in a day so on average I can run them 1 to 2x a week fishing them.
I did voodoo scrolls on seasonal server with Shai in Tuvala.
Tbf 30-35 is slow solo, I also pulled my old spreadsheet to check and i also have 5 memes per scroll and about 1 1/2 minutes ( a little less) for each scroll so i did 40 each h.
Edit: that was some time ago but I liked that method to also gather meat in the meantime and for the level 5 Boss scrolls it took around 160 sec so the 20 summons are okayish but I also dont think a full Tuvala group can do that.
I got avg of 1.2bil per hour with 300% drop in kagtums for 10h test couple months ago, minus is that I had to go grind the other potion pieces aswell, still that is one of the greatest spots in the game for newer players why not even for some mid game players aswell (in my opinion).
i used to grind mem frags like this while it is incredibly boring it did help me really get combos down when i was new to a class
Well, i do this all the time in SA server, relics are at 1.4-1.8m the piece, every memory is at 4.5 right now (usually 3.8) and with the 5 man i finish the 100 in 43 minutes with shai, 47 without obtaining between 480-520 mems so, at least here its totally worth to do.
What class does blue play the most?
centaurs with fast class can get close and you can kill fast even with low gears

100 scrolls is roughly what you do an hour at 310+ ap kutum w 3 people so its probably possible with 5 people w less gear, but I doubt with everyone in tuvala. If the market is in the right place you can def make that silver, but its not something I would want to do often from a 'keeping my sanity" perspective.

But meme price are really high on SEA you can check garmorh and see the price graph overtime the price of memes never drops bellow 4.6 it is very realistic thta you can sell memes at 5mill but even then you are not making 1.2bill because even in his bullshit math he didn't incude 15% tax. Realisticly you're probably going to make 800-900mill/hour IF you can run 100scrolls an hour.

Actually what I do when I solo is pop a deer meat or fairy powder guild mission and gather mainly with one hitting the bosses every now and then. Honestly pretty relaxing, gives me all the red meat I need and some money on top.
1 b per hour is out of the question though. Maybe 400-500 mil/hr but definitely not 1b. The group would make you more. I tend to stock up on a couple thousand relics when prices are lower than average and then I sell the memes for as high as possible (or use them myself)
They could 3-4x relic shard loot and I still wouldn't run them. So much pain
I think he's calculating 5 scrolls as 1 per person. Meaning 20 bosses per hour, but 100 scrolls total. Issue is, unless this is giving each player 250 memory fragments for doing a level 5 scroll, it's not worth it and even if it is a couple parties doing this would cause the memory fragment market to tank, indefinitely.
That's assuming this is how it works. TBH it sounds like doing these bosses @ 250 mem frags a pop for each party member might be worth for an hour or two like once a week to cover all memory fragments for personal use.
what I don't like about this video is that not once was the old method of doing relic scrolls mentioned and how its better for solo

The prices might be different for asia servers,but i'll never believe a youtuber who claims such without hard facts and logs. Even then,I still usually dont. So glad you were a teacher once blue,I probably wouldnt believe ya under the guise of veiw farming,but my wifes family has taught me alot about teachers. 90% of them are/were one and most teacher usually look out for their students in a educational aspect. I did 45 scrolls of Pila Fe today and I got 318 memes so its definitely more than 4.6 memes per scroll. Its more like 6.5 + the one you may find when you loot the trash that drops. That being said I still wouldnt buy the scrolls off the market and run them. its 15m per pop and at worst lets say 6 memes per drop, with market tax that nets you around 18.3m, a 3.3m profit. At a modest 70 scrolls per hour, thats 231M profit. So thats 5 hours for the "1bil" profit. Im sure with good popping you can round that to 4 hours for 1bil prophet. As a new player, you can just do that in other camps with tuvula gear in the same amount of time just from trash silver without counting all the scrolls,caphas and other drops youll get to add more to your silver gained
There are ways to turn 1 bil+ in an hour on seasonal (Tuvala only) are they easily doable to new players nope not really, you require quite a high
base Energy or a good amount of Energy Pots to sustain your time there that is the blocker that will prevent new players.
On lazy days I can consistently turn those rates moving between Sherekhans (night) 45 minutes and Blood Wolves 15 minutes.
it's fairly laid back with high profit as a lot of time you can chill while the elite mobs are summoning not a constant combat grind
like everywhere else.
The downside night time only lasts 45 minutes, so you have to AFK, Life Skill, Grind elsewhere for the 3-4 hours of daytime
personally, I prefer life skilling i can pop some fairly cheap life skill buffs to increase my energy regen and do my
farming, training or fishing at Duven and afk while I rest and relax till the next time nighttime rolls through.
As i said this is my choice of lazy day grinds when I'm not wanting to put 4-8 hours into combat grinding a regular rotation
Requires: burns through about 600-700 energy so you probably want 500-600 base energy with 1-4 energy pots.
Agris (With your Margahan journals completed) preferably to really pump the trash numbers at Sherks as you're
Only doing the grind 1-3 times in a day the agris cost isn't too bad. Item Collection scrolls and whatever else you can to
maximize Drop Amount within that Hour, Drop Rate can also be buffed up but as the main chunk of your profit comes from
the trash it's less of a concern here.
Know your class and know your movements
High single target burst and fastest ability to gap between the shrines help.
(tho personally I'm not running classes that are great at movement Scholar Seasonal and my Main Succession Ranger)
you can summon one of the sherks bounce to another shrine while it summons then bounce back to the first to kill it then second
as you bounce between each keeping the constant spawn and burst it increases the amount you can kill per night.
Keep your horse close to one of the shrines or between them as you will need to offload every 5-6 shrines
Going off my own numbers from within the last month
About 400-700m of pure silver from trash at Sherks (I have not gone under 600m in a long while when i first started farming sherks and sitting at one shrine was 400m)
depending on your speed and Agris followed by 100-200m at Blood Wolves, depending on belt drops you usually get 3-10 of Orkinrad enhance a couple
of them to duo for an additional 170-240m, 1-2 Kagtunak's if you're lucky for 410-820m from those.
Slowly building a stockpile of Kagtum rings as well but not near the rates of Orkin's so I wouldn't count it in the
hour more for long term per week, 1-3 rings in the short time spent at Blood Wolves so 120m pushing those to duo
Few hundred Blackstone's I wouldn't recommend selling them tho so not something I factor into the profit
Slowly chipping away at 2 of the 3 Infinite Potion pieces (arguably 3 of the 5 including Garmoth scales)
grinds while doing so eventually when your depression levels are high enough you can go
Ronaros and bang out a few inf health potions.
So in a perfect world where the stars all align going off solely my own inefficient grind 2 bill in an hour with 900m guaranteed of pure trash no RNG

If ur running scrolls for profit, I did for a bit and still do sometimes when I want chill content, Ancient relic shards are better if ur buying them off CM then Pila Fe as Pila fe cost more and the little extra Mem frags u get doesn’t equal out with what u paid , so u will make more if your buying them to run Ancient Relic Shards but Pila Fe scrolls u can easily grind out especially at Hysteria or Aakman and if u grind them out they are definitely much better profit then ancient relics, I will say this I have to run 60 scrolls an hour to make 900 mil to 1.5 bil an hr depending on price of mem frags and I only make this amount if I fish the ancient relics up myself or grind out the Pila fees myself which with Pila Fees I can run 200 ancient scrolls to make the same amount as if I ran 300 ancient relics shards. If ur buying them from CM the cost of Ancient relics compared to Ancient Scrolls you will make more off ancient relics.
4.9 frags per scroll on EU, shard = 1.6 mil, mem frag = 3.9 mil... no loot scroll, no crystal loss, hang out with friends... it is legit and easy. Bought Vell and Disto's from doing this in 280k+ teams and elixirs, can do 100 scrolls in 45 - 55 minutes.

The math tells us that he completes 1.6 scrolls in a minute, or 1 scroll takes 60/1.6 = 37.5. I can ensure you that even if you one shot the bosses (which they were not doing in the video), you'll not be able to do that much, just because the boss appearing animations takes longer than 38 seconds for 3 together, and then you need to call your black spirit, complete the quest, then put all together 5 scrolls each, without moving. So it's just clear bullsh*t and doesn't worth anytime to spend on it.
I would do those shards, and scrolls if they were faster.

i did 500 ancient scrolls. and on SEA servers mem frags are at max price so i brought 500 scrolls for 1.9b and sold them for 3.5b which is like 3.1b after tax i also put a stopwatch on and did this in 1hour and 48 mins on avg i was getting 600-720 mem frags per 100 pila fe scrolls and buying them 3.9m each i did that a few times then i went back to grinding orcs because youtube video finished 🤣

honestly he is trolling, you do Manshaum Voodoo Dolls for Sturdy Forest Tread drops. i once got 42 threads from one 5x scroll, that was like over a 1,2bil of silver for like 15 mins of work. and dolls are super cheap. but you rarely get the threads to drop.

I recently cane back to the game after about a 5 year break, used to do these all the time and still have about 500 sitting in my storage that i hadnt touched.
Good to know i can just get rid of them, but at the time i was doing it, it was more for the seals and creating Conectrated Black Gems.
You still need them for jetina enhancements, (full pen boss) . If you're already surpassed that stage then you can get rid of them
@@Ipraey good to know and no I haven't done jetinas yet, I managed to complete the magnus stuff, collected the pens from seasons including the blackstar stuff. My real issue right now with my gear I think is my earings, but there's só much new stuff I've got all of 0 idea what to actually do.

if you farm scrolls from your regular grind and can do them in a group regulalrly and quickly it's not bad, buying them is the biggest mistake there

Just check the math for yourself if you want to do this, on SEA you can probably profit as massively as he is suggesting, on NA/EU I don't think this is the case.
Edit: Just did some quick maths on this and if I did not mess up massively it is around 600-700 m/h with current EU prices.

Remember, the player in the video is from ASIA(SEA) Region where we dont have lots of whales who pays for artisan memories, thats why Memory Fragmets are on max price, and is almost always on demand. You can get 1b per hour depending on the 5 man party you have, whether you have a shai, or a shai and elixir rotation combo. Blue is basically basing his review on NA Region where there are a lot of whales who can just buy artisan memories if needed, that's why, the memory fragments are staying at mid price. @bluesquadron should have taken note or said that every region's market will be diffferent regarding to these kinds of videos.
Adding to this if all in the party are atleast 700 gs, 100 Scrolls at level 5 summons, with shai and elix combo, they can finish this within 30-40 minutes, can do another almost 50 more scrolls at level 5. So yeah, it will really depend on how fast the clear is. Blue should really try testing this out, and have more options and take for this kind of videos.

in BDO Asia we are not ENTITLED enough to have whales around. We need to use IRL MONEY to SURVIVE IRL. We dont have the LUXURY of just getting crons from central market outfit, so we grind for mems instead.
