Wow I never saw this showdown before! But I'm kinda not surprised, the S15 is a pure drifting car and that no abs seemed to be a bit of a problem. That s2000 is just made for that track!
@@roknroller6052 You are completely wrong. Watch the first part of this episode here th-cam.com/video/SeJkeq4-ME4/w-d-xo.html. You can see that they were wearing the same tires compound with front and rear 255/40/17 for the S2K and front 245/40/17, rear 265/35/18 for S15. It’s not simply about width of the tires contact patch, but the overall set up and balance between chassis and engine power delivery. Despite of completely lacking in P.W.R Amuse S2K was build with circuit in mind, while S15 is a D1 machine
I'd like to say that s15 was built for drift competition(D1GP) with a power of 4~500hp rather than doing grip, while the s2k was set up just right for grip, is the reason it was in constant state of under or oversteering
Jorge Canovas / f asd / Raditya Indera... It's Not the fact it's a drift car, The whole drift cars don't grip is a common misconception. Look at 2:39 and check out the tire widths, 195- 205 ? front, and maybe 225s ? in the rear. In a car making 400+ hp. Of course it was swapping states of under an oversteer, as the car was skating on cart wheels. 3:09 One of the frames, nearing 3;10 you can just make out (the Silvias blurry) the disparity between the s2000 and Silvia Those D1 drift cars, have tubbed arches, or cutaways, to accommodate the extreme steering lock, Plus widebody. Therefore that S15 could probably fit minimum 245s ? at the front, maybe 265 ? under normal steering lock, and 285-315s at the rear! Trust me that S15 would be FAST Here, Just with good rubber, Example, That Feed FD3S RX7 runs 265s, and the JS S2000 runs 285s / 315s, none of the fastest cars here, are running skinny tires...
@@roknroller6052 good to know. I figured that the car wouldn’t just be bad here because it’s a drift car. They still have to drive normally. The tires on that s2000 were the deciding factor of all of it
During that time, Dorikin's suspension company, Kei Office was competing in D1, and his drifter was Yasuyuki Kazama, the one who's wearing identical racing suit with Dorikin. Kazama won the D1GP Championship back in 2005.

2:39 look at the skinny tires, haha. That's why it kept locking up, it has no traction!
風間さん、ヘアピンをサイドブレーキ使ってる
The s15 wanted to drift sooo bad

@@apsilone3413 ¡gracias por el Dato y el enlace!. 👋✌
S15 had too much power and was difficult to handle, S2000 is obviously king of the downhill, I believe Kazama's Drift S15 had near 400hp.
Yeah running what looks to me 205s maybe even 185s ? front, and 225s ? rear. That car was on ice, Haha
S2000 was running hard
That s15 doesn't seem very well setup. It's in a constant state of either understeer or oversteer lol
+Ethanmeister Exactly. I don't even think they dialed down all that power. Junk is sliding everywhere.

I think the s15 making to much power and when boost comes in the driver have to brake
2:39 look how Crazy Thin that Silvia's front tires are, even the rears. How that driver keeps that on the track with those cart wheels, Haha lmao..
400psにトントンってやべえなwww

ビックリした
下半身裸鹿が出たかと思ったΨ(・ω・ )Ψ
don't you think this s15 guy copied tsuchyias outfit? red gloves and shoes with green racing suit? it's almost identical...
maybe it's a common look idk
thats the Kei Office uniform. Kazama is an employee of Kei Office

ah thanks for the clarification guys!

TA U グリップ専門じゃないから仕方ないと思いますよ
ドライバーが逆だったらどうなってたかね

TA U いやうめーだろ笑
500馬力のシルビアを峠でここまで走らせられるのは神業だぞ
