- 一大清早，我們來到中國江西南昌，要去逛逛大士院早市。這裡美食眾多，有油條包麻餈，拌粉，白糖糕，瓦罐湯。
首先，油條包麻餈。油條糯糯的，麻餈香的，口感豐富，令人回味無窮。
接下來，是拌粉。拌粉是把煮熟的米粉加入各種蔬菜和肉類，攪拌均勻後，再撒上香菜和蔥花，濃鬱的味道讓人垂涎欲滴。
還有白糖糕，那甜而不膩的口感，絕對是下午茶的不二之選。
最後，來一碗瓦罐湯。湯汁濃鬱，營養豐富，讓人在寒冷的早晨感受到了家的溫暖。
大士院早市的美食不僅味道地道，而且價格實惠，是市民和遊客們早餐、午餐和下午茶的好去處。
