I tried creating a group for affiliate marketing and it would not show any posts. After some reading it appeared I needed a page. So I went to the setting where it said “link page” it made me create a new page which was fine but they were still not “linked” Could that be because my page was not published yet? I have tried the affiliate striping on Amazon -text, image, and text/image, and custom and none of those post the image with the link. It just posts the link. If I click the share and Facebook image it will post the entire product with the image. My questions is does this still have my store ID added to that post if someone decides to click on it and buy that product?

Hello. yes. You can share your Amazon links with your personal page. Many people elect to use a business page to have a greater reach outside of their friends and family. I recommend that you review the terms and conditions of Amazon Associates to ensure that you're compliant with their rules. Also, do not expect your friends and family to support your business. You may be disappointed if no one buys from your links

For Amazon affiliates, on the product pages, there is a link to directly post products to FB. That seems contradictory to your advice. I'm sure I'm misunderstanding something alone the way. Here is a tip for you if you do not know it already, the Met Museum of Art has open access art free and clear to use for any purpose, including commercial. Search the "open access" collection.
Hello and thanks for commenting. I believe the questions about Amazon and images was for people that want to screenshot or save the pictures found on the Amazon website, not the links. The links you get from Amazon are approved marketing materials, I believe that someone people just wanted to screenshot images from Amazon which is against the TOS.

Thanks for commenting. I'm not sure I understand your question. You can put affiliate links on a page of any size. As you saw in my video, I had 0 followers and was able to put an Amazon affiliate link on my page. For the TOS, I would review the amazon associate website.
I'm just getting started with an Amazon website on FB. You said not to use Amazon images but in your video, you posted a link using Amazon picture from that link...I'm now confused?
Hello and thanks for commenting. I'm sorry for the confusion. You can use approved images from Amazon, like the link you have. You cannot take screenshots of images from Amazon's website.

2). Could you do a video of how to send people to a landing page vs posting an affiliate link on FB for those of use who are newbies?
3). I haven't found any FB Groups that allow you to post your link or allow any self-promotion.

What to do to keep your affiliate link relevant with a window of only 24 hours to sell the product.
You are referring to the cookie window. The cookie window expires 24 hours after a customer clicks on your amazon affiliate link OR the customer clicks on an Amazon affiliate link from another affiliate. You don't have to keep your link relevant as the link never expires

@@joseluis5761 Let's say you are. a great affiliate marketer and convert at 5%. on 15 clicks you would get 1 sale. Most affiliate marketers' conversion rate is 1% - 3%. If you are on the high side That's way less than 1 person. I recommend creating more (and better content). Without knowing what you're doing, it's hard to say what you're not doing.
