@@auwz66 odd in the sense that it needed a driver mod
Great comparison... Ive been very keenly looking forward to your testing of the SF90 u ordered just wondering how far away is your delivery?
they are telling me Feb 2021
@@DragTimes look forward to u smashing Ferrari’s claimed times LOL
@@DragTimes seems so far but yet I bet because of what's going on in the world we're gonna blink its gonna be Feb😂
What?, NO post race discussion? I wanted to know what was going on in the Porsche with the shift 'spacing' for the roll on runs.... Clearly something wasn't happy.
Ikr!!!
Tbh I think the driver just hit the limiter
Just wondering if ferrari is going to make a 4wd system in the future. Would really help , specially with the launch.
Sf90
I'll just ignore I saw BOOMBAYAH... 😂😂
5:16 (launch), 6:32 (launch stats)
You totally set us up into your ridge wallet ad ! Lmao
Hahaha- he DID do that well😂
🤣Same here. I have a cheap front pocket wallet and I’ve lost 2 of cards already. That short ad really worked on getting our attention. 👌
Why the blurring at 9:32?
The Ferrari has legs at that 50 roll damn
Almost to 300k subs! I hope to reach that subscriber number one day too
Soft limiters are terrible. Love that Porsche 👍
What is one quicker 720s or f8?
F8 my opinion considering the stats
Porsche is AWD, Ferrari is RWD. Porsche has better traction at start. That's it.
@DragTimes. You were in the Military? I got that same USAA Bank Card.
Damn, that F8 is sexy af!
Both cars are
Gotta be a cool feeling to have different friends with all the new toys 😎👌🏽
Not as cool as owning a few yourself.
Porsche launch-control is the best!
Finally the new turbo s on the channel! Would love to see the difference the coupe makes

10.1 1/4 mile on the street @carwow
Measured with a wrist watch LOL
Why don’t u get an exhaust for the F8?
surely i wasnt the only one noticing him listening to blackpink "boombayah" at 8:40
heh, I left my old Tesla logged into my Spotify, and I can't get the new owner out!!!! keeps changing my music....
@@DragTimes that sound so annoying. Cant you get him out by changing the password or somehow log out of all devices? or you could message them directly to ask them to kindly log out of your spotify? How would they think it's okay to use your own spotify account lmao.
@@ohZyki I removed it from the spotify app, and this lady keeps getting back in! I don't think she even knows... and it's always this weird music too...
The 992 roadster is heavier than the coupé. Why you chose this combination???
Well the Ferrari got more hp but that awd launch is hard to beat
The PDK is impossible to beat***
it gets out of the hole so god damn hard, the launch is so brutal on these. Tuned will be a monster
Porsche will beat even a 720S from 0 mph. BUT From 50 to 130 the Porsche loses to everything out there.
I wonder how a 2020 shelby GT500 would do against the the new 992 turbo S in a roll race? Shelby GT500 has a dual clutch transmission plus 760HP.
@@yusufgta4341 Mustang would win. Porsche doesn't have enough power you can only get so much out of that 6 cylinder Porsche. The Nissan GT-R has the same issue.
I wonder if the GT2RS is a better challenger ?
porsche fan boys are gonna be mad
Mad that the Porsche turned into a little blue spec..
@@itsgoodtobewhite2256 Mad that Ferrari is the American version so it has 90kg 180lb more than the normal one 🤣
This Ferrari did 10.21
I love both brands, they build the most amazing vehicles on the planet.
@@hasangenc2922 I appreciate a fine body regardless of its make - Toretto
This makes sense. Porsche AWD, transmission and launch software wins up to 100 mph despite hp and weight disadvantage, then RWD and more hp takes over.
Which is more difficult to engineer? I think the quicker car that maintains everyday usability and comfort while being cheaper.
For the money the 992 wins, but the looks of the F8 and head-turning credentials cannot be denied.
Two amazing cars!
Porsche dude needs to let the PDK do the shifting.
It's funny how rich guys think they can drive just because they're rich.
Guy has a 918, pretty sure this is not his first rodeo.
So funny how poor people feel the need to comment on how much money someone may have.
@@mowallday I know right😂
mr. turbo s missed some shifts hahah. great video
i've said it before, porsche turbo launch control is witchcraft.
Just wondering what would a stock ZR1 A8 with drag radials set times..
10.4s with 650hp is very very fast
10.1 in the coupe check out car wow for the race against a 720s
Good races. 132mph trap is a bit low I thought on the 992, I was expecting more along the lines of like 135mph or so. Then again it was the vert.
AWD vs RWD that's why Ferrari is losing. When they are launched F8 is way faster.... and the Italian style is sooo much better.
I don't see ferrari losing lol I see the porsches getting the launch, like a tesla would, and being reeled in by the ferrari, just like a tesla would haha
@@Sickwitit18 But on the 1/4 mile the Ferrari lose, that what he meant.
@@famaccount479 gotcha
That's an incredible collection you've got! The stock Porsche had better overall numbers but couldn't seem to hang on the higher end. Probably due to HP deficit.
Sorry Porsche fanboys! 🤣
Why sorry? The Porsche won both drag races, even though the Ferrari started a little earlier in the second race 😂 It is clear that the Porsche has no chance in the Rolling Race (weight and horsepower). In addition, the 992 Turbo S Cabriolet weighs 70 kg more than the 992 Turbo S Coupe 🤷🏻♂️
Dont forget tho this is the cab and the ferrari has more hp 640 vs 720
A small tune and this will blow the ferrari out plus its a lot less expensive
@@turbos7780
The 992 Turbo S coupe wouldn't make much difference. Thanks to it's AWD system, the 992 Turbo S' acceleration is amazing from 0-135mph (or over the 1/4 mile distance). But beyond that, its acceleration is really not that impressive, as seen in the video. Even the less powerful and RWD 600LT beats in performance metric such as 60-130 and 100-200.
@@TheTmat007 if straight line speed is your only priority then 👍if reliable and better daily is your priority 😎
Nice!
Great videos as always!
To be honest missing the 100-200 km/h times because if you want to make happy also the "metric nations" as us Europeans this would ba a nice touch in your videos!
The 992 Turbo S a monster indeed, doing very well for its weight!
The coupe tested several times @10,1s on 1/4 mile... check carwow test for example!
Tune the Turbo S to 900hp and its game over for many many cars!!
Cheers
