I was thrilled to hear you speak about string of pearls! I have lots of houseplants but have not been successful with string of pearls in the past. I am ready to try again! Thank you!!

Hello Nell! U have a wonderful golden glow this summer & sound very rested. Hope Cassie & Miranda are having a great summer too. Will try the string of pearls soon when outdoor gardening slows down (soon, here in Canada 🇨🇦, unfortunately). Your patio looks very inviting!

Hello Janet! We have a lot of sunshine here in Arizona so getting a glow on is easy! I love my patio & am glad it's right off the kitchen. Enjoy your last weeks of gardening outdoors for 2022! Nell

I can grow string of beans, and will eventually try growing these again. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’m in Australia, very hot and humid 😂 thanks for another wonderful video

Thank you so much for the valuable information Nell! You helped me realize my SOP plant has a mealybug infestation. I bought it at a big box store and it is not happy right now. I nurse it back to health but it continues to grow the fuzz and die off in places. Considering repotting and getting rid of the soil they had it in. I think they overwatered it a lot. 😞

You're most welcome Steph! Mealybugs & succulents go hand in hand. Nell

💚 Hello fellow Arizonian/neighbor! I'm about 300 mi. north of you. Very nicely done video. I don't have the pearl but do have "Burro's Tail." Are these two succulents grown about the same? I want to make mine thicker. It has very long tails. Tia

Hi neighbor! You must be up by the Grand Canyon?? Yes, the Burro's Tail is very similar to the SOPs. I just published a post on growing BT outdoors: www.joyusgarden.com/burros-tail-plant-growing-a-sedum-morganianum-outdoors/ Indoor care coming soon! Nell

@@JoyUsGarden Sedona/Cottonwood area actually. Got my miles a little off I guess. 😂 Couple summer's ago I grew my Burro's Tail on our outdoor patio. Got spider 🕷️🕸️🕷️ mites badly. Treated it for spider 🕷️🕸️🕷️ mites. Been inside ever since in my humid grow room with no issues 🤞🙏 so far. I'll be looking out for inside video. Thanks Nell.
