The business owned by Hazrat Khadija R.A at that time was not built through her own struggle. Before marrying Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, she had already been widowed twice, so the business and wealth she had, were inherited from her father and her previous two husbands from whom she had been widowed. (2) She never stepped outside of her home, she had men employees to run the trade between Mecca to Syria. And after marrying the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, the entire business was managed by him ﷺ. Furthermore, she covered herself from head to toe, stayed away from non-mehram men. She didn't go to the markets with makeup, heels, or perfume etc... She use to stay at home, obey her husband, she cooked, cleaned, and took care of the home and nurtured her children.

Why waste your time in work if husband or father is providing. Rather use it to educate your children and spend it doing religious obligations. Their are duties for both genders. Each one has their own responsibilities. Husband works outside, wife looks after at home kids etc which is a full time job. my perspective is all women similar as all men are not strong enough in their willpower, women should work in a very safe environment if they're want to work. As for me, I would want my wife to look after our children give me a proper education as well and live her life to the fullest without having many worries, on the other hand, I work very hard so that my wife can take proper care of herself and our kids.
