ACCA Exemptions for BBS/BBA/MBA/MBS & CA from ICAN/ICAI
ACCA Exemptions are based on the previous relevant qualification.
In context of Nepal, relevant Bachelors and Master’s Degree and professional qualifications like CA from ICAN and ICAI also attract exemptions.
If you have a Bachelor degree in business from any university in Nepal and you have passed your exams after 2017, you will be entitled to 1 exemption from paper BT.
If you have a Master’s degree in business from any university in Nepal,you will be entitled to 3 exemptions from paper BT FA and MA. So, you start from Applied Skills level.
For ICAN
Passed CAP 1 - 2 exemptions, paper BT and FA
Passed CAP 2 - one extra exemption from paper MA
Passed all level - Exempted from 9 papers of Applied Knowledge and Applied Skills Level.
For ICAI
Foundation - Exempted from BT and MA
Intermediate - Exempted from 5 papers namely BT FA MA TX AA
Passed all level - Exempted from 9 papers.
