Bruh it’s sad so many people don’t wanna stan seventeen simply because there’s “too many members.” Since when does the number of members define the group’s talent?!
I'm sorry to say but this was once me. I used to think that around 2 years ago and I also started to stan other groups at that time so I was overwhelmed. I knew about them, their songs and liked them but never thought I'mma stan them and watch all the content they put out. I just started stanning in Left & Right era and hate myself for not stanning sooner. They are really talented and have amazing personas. I swear to you I don't think I've ever laughed as hard in my life as I do when I watch the GoSe episodes.
I dont think its becuase of their talent. I think its just overwhelming and too much to handle. I dont know any song of NCT but thats for other reasons but one of them was that it was too many to know. Too many personalities to get into. I said the same about Seventeen but they showcase each others colors differently and its hard to explain. Like I can distinguish who is who
I was like this too before I become a Carat. 13 members are such a big wall, remembering them was like learning the names of my new classmates. SVT doesn't have an outstanding member too like other groups (bcs they're all equally outstanding). But since it's a big wall, once you slipped in, it's hard to get out 😂
The vintage billboard in the rooftop that you guys were talking about is something Seventeen has been doing basically since debut. It's not just because Pledis is under BHL now
Did y’all notice, in the section with the black and white with Minghao and Joshua in the car, on the buildings in the back it had the rest of their songs off of this album on each building👀👀
"Home;Run is a swing genre music. The song really captures the relaxed and witty appearance of SEVENTEEN. It's a fun and exciting song." - WOOZI Apparently this songs production started in late 2019. Eventhough everyone was happy with the song, woozi kept working on it more till he was satisfied with it. The choreo is also swing dance of the jazz era. Thank you so much for reacting to them!
SEVENTEEN!! I Fell in love with this song right when I heard the teasers. The choreo, the music, the vocals (Mingyu and Minghao killed it this era) and just EVERYTHING!!! Thanks for reacting 😭😭💖
Thank you I’ve been waiting for this since Home run came out, btw can you guys react to Seventeen Unhelpful guide, more Seventeen MV and funny videos. Thank you for your hard work. Woozi changed from swinging his guitar to a bat! I’m finally first to view and comment!
I LOVE this song. But listen to me on this, you guys HAVE TO hear and react to light a flame. Its from this special album and its like UNBELIEVABLY EXTREMELY EXTRAORDINARILY PERFECT! please react to light a flame
on the WEVERSE MAGAZINE release today, they mentioned that HOME;RUN reference is "42nd Street" a MUSICAL about overcoming the great US depression, set on 1933. (thats why seventeen wants to bring it back now bcs the whole world is not in a great mood right now and wanted to comfort people who try to overcome it) its reallyy is a musical! so its different than the kpop retro releases who dated their concept from 80s 90s. (Also they have been working for this song for a long while, even maybe before the acquisition. who knows, sooo) you should check out their first music show performance on the 22nd!
*"Home; Run"* gives me musical show vibes and I love it!!!! The black and white, the beat changes and the scenery in the *MV* all of this is just *ICONIC*
Please react to their song "Back It Up" and "Un Haeng il Chi". Both songs are by the hip-hop unit that consist of the members S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, and Vernon. Oh and "Call, Call, Call" is also a really good song sung by all the members.
the whole album has this nostalgic kind of vibe, it’s like the 50s / 60s but, of course, with a “2020” sound to it. my favourites from [ ; semicolon ] are do re mi, light a flame & all my love, but all the songs are top tier ngl
if you like the old-school vibes of this song you should check out the rest of the album it's from (semicolon) - it has six songs in total, including home;run! the songs have quite different sounds from one another (four of the song as done by subunits grouped by age) but they all have a kind of retro vibe!
I posted this under the official MV, but I thought I’d also leave it here in case anyone is interested because I just really adore this song lol Not a Carat but I really have enjoyed the few SVT songs I’ve heard. This one definitely hit different for me though (probably because I’m a musician who has been in jazz ensembles before). The way they pulled off a big band, up-tempo swing-style song is just mind blowing honestly because it really feels like the ones who composed the song (which I know are members themselves, I believe Woozi was the main composer for this but there were two other people listed there at the end) really did their research on what big bands sound like and what up-tempo swing is supposed to sound like. I showed it to a friend of mine who is a jazzer (he plays saxophone) and he said he really enjoyed the transitions between sections in the song and I agree wholeheartedly. This one has definitely been on repeat since I first heard it the other day and it’s gonna continue to be lol Also fun fact for non-musicians: the way they combined baseball with up-tempo big band is genius. In music, but more specifically in jazz, whenever you want to make something sound “jazzier” so to speak, you “swing” it, changing the way you interpret it to sound more like jazz. In baseball, you “swing” a bat in order to try and get a home run. So as a musician, I found it extremely clever that they combined the two and definitely enjoyed that 😂
Thank you for reacting to Seventeen. I enjoyed watching the two fo you getting excited with the MV and the song. Thank you for appreciating everything. 😃
*I love there rection it's so real and I just love it. But I just want them to say that's the Diamond that's Seventeen looking for it's there Carat but they didn't TT*
Random: Imma practice how to swing a baseball bat 🤷🏾♂️
I LOVE U GUYS
I should practice too!😂(ily btw)
Please reaction to exo promis please please please reaction to this

The vintage billboard in the rooftop that you guys were talking about is something Seventeen has been doing basically since debut. It's not just because Pledis is under BHL now
It reminds me the Aju Nice music video when Dino and Vernon were rapping up on rooftop with the billboard behind them. Nice nice!
We love a good swing vibe
they just released new songs according to their group year of birth and each title is in the scene with Minghao and Joshua🙃❤
In case you are wondering what the diamond represents , it represents our fandom carats which also represents and called the diamond world 💎💕😍
ok but u gotta admit that they hit the classiest woah XD
They did tho
The “whoa” in suits... never thought I’d see it, but then again, it’s hoshi we are talking about 😂
Chefs kiss *👌🏻
Fr tho!! They doing iconic shit!
FROM SNAPSHOOT UNTIL NOW, NO ONE COULD DO IT BETTER THAN THEM. XD
seventeen actually uses swing and jazz elements in home;run which was popular in the 1930s and 40s ^_^
Did y’all notice, in the section with the black and white with Minghao and Joshua in the car, on the buildings in the back it had the rest of their songs off of this album on each building👀👀
honeslty Minghao's ending has got to be the most iconic thing ever he was *INSANE* for it

you should react to their older songs like adore u, clap, pretty u, etc. they’re gold.
they were sorta going for a continuation from left & right, which is why they also used the same brick wall in the beginning
Hi I reacted to this as well small TH-camr here would be awesome if you could check it out ❤️
Seventeen HAS NO IDEA how to make bad songs they just weren't born with that shit. These guys got all my fucking respect
I LOVE this song. But listen to me on this, you guys HAVE TO hear and react to light a flame. Its from this special album and its like UNBELIEVABLY EXTREMELY EXTRAORDINARILY PERFECT!
please react to light a flame
Girlll that song made my Latina pop out!
@@wonderwillows0955 MINE TOO! It sounded so much like a brazilian genre of music that we have "bossa nova"! I was vibin the whole song
Your commentary always has me wheezing 😂😂
I love how they were talking about how cool DK and Minghao were at the end :) Made me smile and cry
Lou: He's too cool
Minghao: I know bro, I know

man the amount of times u went back to check that u liked the video has me dead
💀
Lol I just noticed that 3:23 looked like the scene in Boy with love where all the buildings had the song titles or album names on them
Lol I thought I was the only one thinking of that, and I also noticed the disco type of vibe from this and Dynamite also
@@michellea9280 yeah but that actually a good thing now that they have big hit with them now
*"Home; Run"* gives me musical show vibes and I love it!!!! The black and white, the beat changes and the scenery in the *MV* all of this is just *ICONIC*
2:44 Ous is trying to _seize the opportunity_
SVT: So our new song's theme is about baseb-
My brain: (High School Musical 2) I don't dance/ I say ya can/ Not a chance / No~
I barely noticed that they had the names of their tracks when it was black and white🤯🔥
You really should watch the performance it’s more satisfying!!!
