It's on the lottery list. I would rather have an original 60's Mustang and a newer Mach 1 or GT350. I like old cars with old drivetrains , it is part of the character and soul of the beast. (I do use a points eliminator though) No ABS and no traction control and no drive by wire. I want foot to carburetor control. Even in "Track mode" my 19 Bullitt has too much computer intervention.
What a great showing of a classic with a modern power plant. I like your content. it reminds me of an old friend, Dave, if he were alive would have loved your stuff.. thanks love it.😊
My dream car come true ,but only the ORIGINAL SHELBY GT500 1967!!! NO réplicas for me!! BUT this are very nice réplicas!!😊😊😊FORD the right way to GO ❤❤❤❤❤
that red fastback is my dream car. over anything else. im on the list for a msrp c8 z06... i still want a 67 fastback in red with white stripes. 250-300k aint happening yet lol
You're actually 100% correct. I'm skewed a bit because most of my car collection is sub 3k pounds so this is heavy to me. I've got 2 GT40s, a Cobra, 356 Speedster, 05 Ford GT, Daytona Coupe to name a few... you get the picture 😀
I knew you were going to have to ruin that car by putting a garbage coyote motor. It don't have the sound of a Shelby 427 FE big block with a high lift High duration cam. Cars in those days had a really choppy cam. These new cars are just garbage Motors they sound too stock. They don't sound modified. There's no way I would buy Shelby without a 427 !
I feel you on this. However I didn't ruin anything, these were two prototype/early production cars and the manufacturer picked these motors. My GT40 has a 427 just like you described and it's epic. I'm actually glad this gt500 has the motor it does because I get a ton of enjoyment out of this car with my wife and kids.
Not sure why any American would buy from a company that is not on our soil and in a seriously unstable country like South Africa when Revology builds an identical vehicle out of Orlando FL.
It all comes down to build quality high-tech automotive in South Africa is the most state of the art privately owned car manufacturing factory on the planet building the Shelby Daytona the Shelby Cobra roadsters the Grand Sport Corvette and all the GT40s Orlando Florida is possibly the worst place you would ever want to build a car with the salt air and humidity that is why all the major car manufacturing plants in the USA are up near Dearborn nowhere near the coast the quality of the cars coming out of high-tech automotive is absolutely mind blowing 🙂
Damn it bro. I didn't know I needed this and now I need this. 🤦
LOL! Get one, they're only building 20 next year!

I am the luckiest man on the planet having Dennis down the street!! 😃

Amazing!
I don’t get it their website states power train is on the installer/customer. So it’s tuned by the installer? Who covers the warranty?
Email them for more info
Rear defrost?
Another bad ass video. You are certainly going to need a bigger man cave real soon. lol.
LOLOLOL and thank you!
I am huge mustang guy and watching this video gave me a smile ear to ear the entire time, thanks!
So where’s the link
Original 67 mustangs were roughly 3500# cars.
This one vs Revology? IDK?!
These are way higher quality builds tbh
3800 pounds new or old, mustangs are not "heavy" unless compared to a 2800-pound Miata.

@@VINGIGGS All measurements are differential and relative to a reference.
Call them continuations, clones, tributes, copies, whatever, just don’t call them Shelby GT500s as they AIN’T!

Nice - but I would go Revology all the way
I love Revology too. But this car is way nicer build quality and also comes with more upgrades for less money.
I loved seeing this car in person! Cannot wait to see it more on the road!
Thats just beyond awsome
You got me at eating tacos!!❤😂😂
😂😂😂
nice burnout!!
Thanks Donnie! This car makes it easy 😂

Revology already sources their interior fabrics from outside of US soil (Mercedes, Porsche, Ferrari) so whatever 🤷♂️
