    OMG!!! I think you've found your forte in vlogging now, drea. I think fitness and lifestyle vlogs would suit you esp. because of your experiences; just work on it- provide quality vids showcasing your fitness journey and don't settle with the so-so vids. It's a win-win, I swear. May kita ka na sa vlogs, you're also doing something for your body that would benefit u in the long run. Cheers for the healthier you, sis! 🥂

    Hi Andrew! Start ka muna sa light weights like 5 lbs. 10-15 repetitions and 3 sets. Wag ka muna sa mabigat lalo na sa cable start with light weight. Focus on proper form. Then pag sisiw nalang sayo ang 5 lbs na 3 sets, pwede mo na gawin 4-5 sets kada exercise. Gawin mo ito for few weeks, then pwede ka da dumagdag ng weights, wag mo biglain,onti onti lang ng dagdag. Pag nasanay na katawan, dagdag ulit ng weights para may challenge. Use your body weight muna kung mag squats para hindi ma injured ang tuhod or likod mo.
    Hindi ako pro or licensed fitness coach ha. Pero gym goer ako and nood nood lang ng tutorial sa YT 😅.

    I suggest magpa coach ka muna for 1 month Andrea para maturo sayo yung tamang form sa pag workout at kung paano gamitin yung mga gym equipments. Also wa'g mong i-workout lahat ng muscles mo in a single day lang.
    You can try: (ito yung routine ko)
    Monday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
    Tuesday - Back, Biceps
    Wednesday - Leg day
    Thursday - Rest
    Friday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
    Saturday - Leg day, biceps

    kuha ka po ng coach kahit for 1 month para di sayang ang pagod and gym fee. para may mag correct sa mga form mo.

    AYAN LAGI KANG GGWA NG GOAL SA BUHAY PRA LAGI PURSIGIDO ❤desiplina tlga sa pagkain 80% gym is 20% prang icing sa cake mahalaga parin kasi siya nagppaganda...madali lang actually mag gym ang tunay na labanan is ung kainan proper food.. more on protein kainin matutunaw taba mo at iwasan mo mattaba at maalat like sa pork mostly mga un like lechon etc. pede naman mag kape kape starbucks etc.. bastat pasok sa daily calories mo

    khit 3x a week po mna ,ts mas ok n kmuha po mna kau ng coach..pra tama po un form ar di po mgsore / mbigla o mbalian,msyado po un ktwan nio ..❤❤❤ go go go po forda diet at pagppawis pra s health nio po♥️💦
