There's a lot of information this teacher is giving the students that doesn't really have any anchoring points for them. For example, they have no use of hearing "Archduke Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary" and he would have been better mentioned as "the crownprince of one of the nations involved". Likewise it's pointless to give the exact years that each war started and ended since the aliens don't use our calendar. Such information would only be of interest to aliens who decide to do a deep dive into a specific human conflict, but this seems more like an overaching class which is only giving brief explanations of some of our big wars.

The bombs didn't cause "unprecedented" destruction. Many believe Tokyo got it worse.

The victims who were burned to death in the Tokyo fire storms had it a LOT worse than the other ones who were instantly disintegrated by fission blasts.

In such a teaching environment wouldn't the onset of the Spanish flu immediately after the war 1918-1920 killing as many again be a notable reference? The AI missed a trick there, and demonstrated its limitations in understand scope and relevance.
Its generally accepted 25-50 million died as soldiers returned home yet it's not note worthy?
