By just adjusting the resonant magnetic field frequency, they've managed to create a universal induction cooker. I do wonder if that creates a trade-off with maximum output power? Can it go toe-to-toe with the likes of Garland's best?
I've never seen pancakes that consistent. I can't believe an induction unit exists that works with aluminum pans. Panasonic makes the highest quality products. I wonder the cost?

all i can tell you is that it is a beast and heats up very quickly

also, with induction the surface would not be hot.
This is useful and superior in comparison. This or Breville, anyhow anyway either one, I will get a set of induction cookware.
