    Just made this today with Allulose and it’s amazing! Tip to anyone planning to use erythritol or monk fruit instead of Allulose- Don’t! I learned the hard way that it will crystallize after cooling.

    Wow, I just made my morning coffee and then made the creamer, it is very good. I was putting sweetener than vanilla already in my coffee but must be the cooking process of the sweetener itself and adding water and vanilla that made it come together. Thanks

    I so wanna make this since their Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew is my go to. Plus now I'm getting into making my own vanilla extract at home. I'm also watching my carbs though ... does this syrup really have 32 grams of carbs per serving?? Ouch! I hope that was a typo because I need this in my life lol

      Erythritol will granulate so no you can’t use it.

    Thank you for sharing. I was wondering if the sugar recrystallizes once it's cold. I have made that mistake and read that it won't recrystallize if using a 1 to 2 ratio. Would like your feedback on that please and thank you again.

      Sugar substitutes still contain around 4g carbs per teaspoon. Their net carbs are 0 because our bodies cannot absorb them. Hope this helps🙂

      I was thinking maybe you're not using confectioners sugar I am I'm using the sweetener that's confectioner not the granules the confectioners it dissolves in the liquid I just made me some right now cuz you get I got the idea after reading your message I'm like I'm going to make me some today so yeah try the confectioners sugar and you continue it with the vanilla in the water and you continuously stir for like I do like 10 minutes I keep it boiling for like 10 minutes on a low boil though and then I do it for like 10 minutes I don't do it for a half hour I do it like for 10-15 minutes but confectioners sugar is what you use all right good luck hun

    We made this delicious syrup but with monk fruit sweetener. Heated it accordingly. But noticed after a day it started to crystallize on the bottom of the bottle. I don't know, maybe Monk fruit isn't compatible or maybe it needs to be shaken daily? It still tastes great but need to reheat it often to melt the crystals.

      I made mine with a granulated stevia it worked perfectly
