My mother told me many years ago, the thing that stood out the most and that was missed the most, was the absence of hearing the piano, especially on rainy or snowy days. I was in my 30's before my dad told me, she played piano but never told us.

Thank you Father Abba for all things and for bringing me back to the days of sitting at the piano for hours at a time. I've been lost without the expression of music for you. My mother told me many years ago, the thing that stood out the most and that was missed the most, was the absence of hearing the piano, especially on rainy or snowy days. I was in my 30's before my dad told me, she played piano but never told us.
