Me too. I can heard them all. It's funny I have HORRIBLE eye sight for someone in their 30s, but the worse my eyes get, the better my hearing gets. I have always been very sensitive to noise. But yeah I can hear a car from a couple blocks away coming up hill by my house before it gets there- I can hear the engine. I'm also a singer, so Idk if that has improved my hearing. It's a bit freaky and annoying being able to hear everything so much louder than everyone!

After 13000H, there was no any movement of the sound activeness indicator (Simply, the Volume Mixer of Windows 10) It maybe we can't hear 14000H, but the computer should indicate there is a sound activity.
If the indicator says there's no sound being made, and we cant confirm that there is a sound playing...why would it just skip to a higher number then come back?
