Don’t forget about PZs. Nikon for example is working on a 28-135mm PZ. I think that helps eliminate the external motors. I hope PZs become more and more available. Saves weight on the gimbal too
@ I’m a bit surprised there aren’t more on the market. The advantages are great. No extra equipment and weight. Perhaps the only advantage is if you can zoom remotely avoiding camera movements which I don’t know if there are solutions to zoom a PZ remotely?
